We just picked up our brand new 2020 Corolla yesterday and we were blown away with the service! We met with Lori for the financing portion and she was so welcoming and made us feel at ease. She explained all our options and there was no pressure to buy any additional packages. Bought a truck Got tires and rims, Pointed out there is a tear in the stearing wheel. A new one has been ordered. I am disappointed with the step runnning board Got tires and rims, Pointed out there is a tear in the stearing wheel. A new one has been ordered. I am disappointed with the step runnning boards they are too close to the floor of the truck, I would like them to be 3 or 4 inches lower. Also there are no mud flaps on the truck. I would have though they would be standard issue. So I am going to request lowering the running boards and installing mud flaps when stearing wheel is replaced. More
