I generally am very satisfied with the service provided. My last visit on Feb4th, I was disappointed that I had to pay 140$ for an oil change. I paid $260. for my car to have an oil change, and multiple point inspection. I asked if the filters ould be checked, and was told yes. Yet my cabin filter was fa for my car to have an oil change, and multiple point inspection. I asked if the filters ould be checked, and was told yes. Yet my cabin filter was falling apart and coverd in dirt after the work was done. They also didn't change the air intake filter. I talked to someone about it, and was told they would make it right. Now I'm told that if I buy the filters they will change them. Not a good way to keep people comming back! More
