One star off as the sales staff could be more up to date on their knowledge of the vehicle. I will continue to deal at Norlan's because I love Jeeps and I find this dealership trustworthy. More

Service practices are abusive to customers. Norlan offers the no appointment / appointment ....which means that even though you make an appointment for vehicle service, the Service Department re Norlan offers the no appointment / appointment ....which means that even though you make an appointment for vehicle service, the Service Department requires the vehicle be dropped off in the morning and keep there for the entire day. This policy prioritizes the interests of the company and ignores the interests of the consumer. They appear to be incapable of prioritizing the workload and returning vehicles to customers in a timely fashion. Their methods are best described as disorganized confusion, customer vehicles are parked in their yard for 5 or more hours waiting for the service department to figure out who gets service next. Management is singularly responsible for these self serving procedures and complete lack of decision making leadership. No complaint about the work provided, just the frustrating impractical performance of administration in making this consumer experience enraging! Bought a new Jeep last year and have been consistently frustrated in arranging to borrow a vehicle for the day. If asked when booking appointment, response is can't predict how many will be available next day. If you ask after arriving before shop opens, they are somehow all loaned out. Know of individual who purchased second hand vehicle who rated a loaner, while I have been turned down repeatedly. A dealership with no concept of Customer Service! More
