Not pushy very patient and with help from Ron the sales manager was able to find a better truck than I was looking for at less cost. The Financing rep was very good did not try to push extras as I told them upfront no extra after market product sales. I had been to some of the big Ford dealers in Edmonton but the attitude of sales reps was repulsing to say the least. Nisku Ford is easy to get to if needed as we live outside of Edmonton. More

The vehicle wasnt purchased there new but they After suffering a major engine failure 8,000 KM out of warranty, the nearest dealership was Nisku Ford. The vehicle wasnt purchased there new but they took control of the situation. It took several weeks of back and forth with Ford warranty people, but Nisku Ford kept on them and got us $6500 worth of support. Now we'll have a new engine installed at a price we can afford We weren't even their customer to begin with! Very thankful for their help. BTW I didnt know about this site until I seen another dealer advertising their standing here. No one at Nisku Ford mentioned it or asked for a rating. More

Terrible Customer Service Booked my truck in a week in advance for an persistent battery indicator light coming on, was told the "guy" wasn't in on Monday so to bring it Tuesda Booked my truck in a week in advance for an persistent battery indicator light coming on, was told the "guy" wasn't in on Monday so to bring it Tuesday which I did, dropped it off at 8:00am - maybe should have suspected something was amiss when the front desk guy couldn't find my booking. Explained the problem and they said they would call. Called them at 3:00 pm and the guy said his "guy" wasn't in on Monday, so they're backed up, and can I leave it for another day. In effect they had not touched it, I needed it back so went and picked it up. Probably the worst part of it is when you go into the service department, stand in front of the desk where 2 people are punching away on the computers and they completely ignore you till they've finished typing, a simple "I'll be right with you" would go a long way!! Anyway, another Ford store that I will never visit again, already crossed Leduc Ford off the list. More

Pretty quick and cheap fix for them you would think. The charge was for 142.00 to fix the issue. When I asked about it being covered under warranty they said sorry no because it just passed over 60000km. When I told them I purchased the 100000km and 5yr warranty they changed they're tune to oh well we didn't change anything out so we have to charge you for something. Pretty sad that something that should be covered under warranty for a faulty read they charge you for anyway just because they want to make another buck. Also I had the oil changed here and now my skid plate is broken. I recommend not taking any vehicle to these scam artists. More
