Th In the year that I have owned my Ford Edge I have had nothing but problems with it. I took my vehicle to Nisku Ford because it was close to work. These are the issues: After doing a routing oil change they said the PTU seal was leaking... had no puddles in my garage but believed them. After they 'replaced the PTU seal' my car started leaving puddles in my garage. The drivers side door sensor needed to be replaced, in doing so they scratched my door and caused something in the door to rattle. They first denied having scratched my door. I took it back to them three times to fix the door rattle and then gave up! I have to live with the rattle because their technicians have no clue to what they are doing! The shift lever then needed to be replaced, in doing so they cracked the panel and hoped I wouldn't notice. When I took the car back the tech that worked on it came out to look and told me 'yeah it was hard to get it to go back in...' He knew he had cracked it and said nothing! When I told them to order me a new panel I was told it could take a couple months. I phoned a couple of weeks later to find out the part had arrived a couple days ago and they didn't bother to call me. Terrible customer service and technicians that do not care if they damage other peoples property. When I informed Cal that I would be taking my business elsewhere, he just shrugged his shoulders! He doesn't care! More
Rude, stupid and have no class at all Dropped my car of at 5 in the morning and when I called to see if was ready in the afternoon it hadn't even been looked at. Got nothing but lip from t Dropped my car of at 5 in the morning and when I called to see if was ready in the afternoon it hadn't even been looked at. Got nothing but lip from the service gals trying to blame me for not leaving the keys in the key drop off box. I had left them in the vehicle and had given them the entry code on the previous day when they were making up the work order. It got left in the service managers office and because he failed to show up for work at opening time the car got shoved aside and ignored for the day. After making special transportation arrangements with a co-worker to get there in the early morning and there to pick the vehicle up in the afternoon nothing had been accomplished. They could tell that I was disappointed so they to place all blame with me and cover their xxxxx for all the stupid mistakes that were made. The owner refused to talk to me and the friendly receptionist suddenly discovered that I had the ebola virus. NEVER AGAIN !!!!! More

They took their time to find out exactly what we were looking for and were so respectful of our budget. They walked us through all the steps, answering all of our questions. Never did we feel pressured or like they were hiding anything from us. I love my new vehicle and would recommend Nisku Ford! More

Co-owner told me to take my business elsewhere because they felt they were bending over backwards to clean light dust off wheel rim so I could make a claim. They had my truck for whole day and told me to clean dust off and come back. More

The friendly and helpful On a recent trip to Edmonton to purchase a vehicle, we stopped in Nisku, just to browse and ended up purchasing our vehicle. The friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to accomodate us. Vehicle was prepared and ready to go on schedule. Smooth sailing all the way. I would highly recommend checking this dealership out before making that frustrating trip into the city,. More
We recently purchased a new 2013 Ford Escape from Nisku Ford. During the vehicle orientation with the salesman, and prior to us signing the Sales Agreement, we noticed a defect with the power liftgate (not Ford. During the vehicle orientation with the salesman, and prior to us signing the Sales Agreement, we noticed a defect with the power liftgate (not latching properly when it is closed). We were told that this was "not a big deal" and to take the vehicle and bring it back later under warranty. Instead, I signed the Sales Agreement (and paid the full purchase price) but left the vehicle at the dealership to have the liftgate repaired. Despite three attempts (over four days), the dealer was unable to to repair the lifgate. (Subsequent internet searches by us found chatter that this issue appears to be cold weather related). Finally, I requested the dealer to cancel the Sales Agreement (we had never taken possesion of the car), have us pick another new Ford Escape (minus the power liftgate), and settle on a mutually agreeable price; however, the dealer refused saying "the deal is done". So, today we picked up our brand new car from the dealer with the liftgate still not latching properly. We will have it repaired at another Ford Dealership in Edmonton. Definitely not impressed with Nisku Ford - most other dealers would be embarrassed to have a customer drive off their lot with a new vehicle that they knew was defective. More
