Happy campers! My wife and I were shopping for a truck to replace our Toyota Tacoma which just wasn’t up to our towing requirements anymore. As long time Toyota cus My wife and I were shopping for a truck to replace our Toyota Tacoma which just wasn’t up to our towing requirements anymore. As long time Toyota customers we were a little hesitant to deal with anyone else as we shopped for a new truck. Cue up NISKU FORD…..everyone we met there (even Dorothy the receptionist) made us feel welcome and very comfortable. Our salesman Norm was professional and patient beyond words. He listened to us and helped us figure out what kind of vehicle we needed and worked very hard to find it for us. When it came time to deal, John, the Sales manager, offered us a very fair price on our trade in and added many add-ons to make the vehicle we ultimately decided upon that much nicer to drive away in. During the whole process we did not feel any pressure what so ever and Norm even gave us a call a day or so later to ask how we were enjoying our new truck! Post sale when I contacted the guys at the dealership with a couple of questions, they were all very friendly and responsive to my queries. There are a lot of car buying options in the Edmonton area and I would not hesitate to highly recommend the folks over at NISKU FORD. Excellent purchase experience I was looking for a replacement for my relativity low mileage and good shape 11 year old F350. I just don't need that heavy of a pick up anymore. I was looking during the employee pricing event through Ford. I visited two (nameless) Edmonton dealers. Both were happy to sell me a new F150 at the promotion price, but were less than enthusiastic about the old truck on trade. It was suggested it would be better to list it on Kijiji then come back once it was sold. Later I find that they're both part of the same large chain of car dealers. I happened to check out Nisku Fords web site and found a newer used model I liked. Turns out it was gone but they had a perfectly (for me) optioned new F150 on the lot. I dealt with Bob, John and Vern and closed the deal. They gave me a great price on the trade and the new truck was priced below the employee promo cost. Extras like extended warranty etc were offered and explained without any pressure. Said goodbye to the old F350 and drove away with my new Lariat F150 and a smile on my face. I can't recommend Nisku Ford highly enough. One other thing - no one at the dealer prompted me to write a review on this site. More

Years ago we drove Chevrolet products, but since switched over to Ford, largely as a result of the experiences with have had with Nisku Ford.
