That includes one incident of billing for a service that was not done (money was refunded after I luckily discovered that and complained), one incident of expensive diagnostic and repair which did not make effect, and one incident when they refused to give an estimate (not even a rough one) for the service work and offered charging about $140 after taxes per actual hour spent til they make success in finding the cause of the malfunction, because there are "too many wires in that car". I am not sure if the personnel is so unskilled and not properly equipped, or Nissan does not provide proper equipment, training and methodology, or something else. Whatever the reason is - never again. More
Terrible servicd I had a terrible time with their service department. After new management I thought bad experiences would be gone. Was I wrong. Brought my car in for I had a terrible time with their service department. After new management I thought bad experiences would be gone. Was I wrong. Brought my car in for a flat tire, it took them 1 day to put a new tire on. I had to call them 3 times to check the status. And they did not acknowledge the error. They stated they were busy. Busy is not a reason for terrible customer service. More

Now new management took over and fired all the good sales man and now I'm left in the dark with no help and no customer service. Pay out the butt for warranty then when something breaks they charge you? The truck isn't that old and I'm already having problems with it and they don't want to help. Like I said customer service is crap and would never go back to buy anything. The finance guy is a jack butt too. Needs more help with his career. I understand you people need to make income but back your stuff up when it comes to warrenty. would not recommend anyone buying a titan from NEWMARKET NISSAN More
Worst experience ever. This is my second review of this dealership. I bought my Rogue in August, 2015 . When we were discussing the purchase with the sales person, Josh, we This is my second review of this dealership. I bought my Rogue in August, 2015 . When we were discussing the purchase with the sales person, Josh, we specifically asked about the CVT transmission because we'd been told there could be problems with it. The response was noncommittal, we were told not to worry. Shortly after the purchase we noticed some noise while driving, but when we had it checked we were told it was noise from the all wheel drive system. In January I called the dealership to inquire about a second key (the vehicle came with only one key) because the car was locking itself with the key inside when it was running (while I was cleaning off snow for example). I was told that Nissan would not provide me with another key and that it would cost me $290 for another key. Yesterday I had to have my car towed from Hwy 400 in Barrie because the transmission had gone. I went to the dealership and was told that there was absolutely no warranty on it even though I've had it less than one year, it's less than 5 years old and has less than 150,000 kms on it. The price to have it repaired? $6,000 just for parts and at least 2-3 days in the garage... so probably around $10,000 altogether, parts and labour. When did the warranty change from 10 years or 200,000 kms on the power train? 2010... The year before my car was built. Hmmmmm, coincidence? I think not. This vehicle isn't worth $10,000 at this point. I now have to rent a car for the next week and try to find a reasonable mechanic who won't steal me blind, to fix a car that I've owned less than 10 months for a price that is more than what the car is worth. What did Nissan Newmarket and Nissan Canada have to say? That's right, nothing. I will never, ever buy a car from them again and I'll be more than happy to tell this story to every single person I meet. Buyer beware...? Not even close, this is more like highway robbery. More

Worst car purchase experience Went into the dealership to buy an Infiniti QX60. Sales process was OK (salesman was Frank Tatone) and was taken to the finance office. I had no inter Went into the dealership to buy an Infiniti QX60. Sales process was OK (salesman was Frank Tatone) and was taken to the finance office. I had no interest in buying any of the 'add-ons' and informed the finance contact (part of Crystal Ursuliak's team) who proceeded to tell me that he had a 'legal obligation' to tell me about their products. I knew this was garbage but I let him have his say. He then pushed me into buying the full offerings on the basis that their cost would be deducted from the final price I had just negotiated with the sales team. I was dubious but agreed - he brought me the final invoice, told me to sign - when I noticed the costs were naturally added on top. When I pointed this out his reaction was 'not sure what happened there' and took them off with no further comment. Complete con. I called Crystal Ursuliak around 8 times the following day to explain what had happened and didn't get a single reply. I spoke with Brian Ellis (management team) about the incident who said he would look into it and get back to me - no follow-up. Finally called Macon Doublet (GM) before I reported the dealership to OMVIC - he was sympathetic to the issues and offered a $500 courtesy gesture which was the saving grace from the whole episode. On the day I went to pick up the car, I got a call from the same finance person saying the car wouldn't be ready until the afternoon...10 minutes before the appointed pickup time (I had already driven 40 minutes to get there). Then I got a call saying it wouldn't be ready for a week. When I finally got the car it was missing car mats that had been advertised as part of the car and had scratches that were agreed to have been removed before delivery. Overall - glad that the debacle is over, not impressed that I was lied to by the finance team (Crystal Ursuliak team) and Brian Ellis. Easily the worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle and of naturally would not recommend the dealership nor purchase from them again. Disappointing, More
