This information was not listed in the broshure; however, she was very knowledgeable in the trucks and could explain the gear ratios, payload and towing capacity. I was very impressed and was also impressed that there was no pressure to make a quick decision. I would recommend this location and specifically recommend Melissa to help you with your new vehicle needs. More

We looked online and there were lots of them elsewhere. The salesperson started writing up an offer, took it to the sales manager (you know the old game) and left us sitting for half an hour. Do they really think people will still put up with this ridiculous old school method of lies and games. Go elsewhere. We drove out to Whitby Midway Nissan and got a fanastic deal. Ask for Keith !! When I dropped off my 2015 Nissan Frontier, (which I bought new from N.N. 2 years ago) I was offered a ride to where I needed to get to by a staff member. I hadn't expected that so it was a nice gesture. All the work was completed that day as promised and the repair for my damaged electrical components on my trailer hitch (My fault...backed into a high curb) was very reasonable and as quoted. I also had the oil change, tire and brake analysis. The associate (who I think was a trainee) did a great job explaining the state of my tires and brakes and told me that there was no need to replace either of them as that time. Thanks again! From the moment I walked in it was all very professional. The receptionist greeted me straight away and immediately connected me with a very personable sales lady. I spent most of my time with Josh the sales manager who was extremely patient explaining the different dashboard fixtures as well as the operation of the car. He took his time outlining my different financial options. When I was ready to buy the car I was very comfortable with my decision. Any follow up calls I made, Josh dealt with in his .usual affable, calm demeanor. All in all a very good experience.. More
Dishonest, rude, and unprofessional I took my Nissan Murano (2015) I n because the engine light was on . After waiting for hours I was told by Kevin Norquay) that computer scan didn't pick up any problem so they just reset it They charged me $64.41 for diagnostic scan. The light came back on the next day so I have to call and schedule another appointment. They wanted to charge me again for a diagnostic scan that I refused. This time I was dealing with Brenda and she told me since you have purchased your car in Ohio, extended warranty does not carry over the border (total lie!) .she mentioned that they need to run an extensive labor to figure the problem out and it would cost me $120 per hour. I refused and asked to talk to her supervisor. Lynda Olphert (service manager) didn't even bother to listen to my story. She interrupted me rudely and with attitude and that was the time I decided to leave the dealership and never look back. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. It is going to be a total waste of time and you will end up paying money for some scam. More

Brought it n today and another great experience. Only regret is that we didn't buy the car here! Never again will I go to Barrie, worth the drive to come here and wait. My brand new Murano had a big gouge in the antenna & 125 km Their policy of new cars having less than 50km is BS and I was asked to sign the paperwork without even seeing my brand new Murano and it turned out t Their policy of new cars having less than 50km is BS and I was asked to sign the paperwork without even seeing my brand new Murano and it turned out to have 125km already, NOT less than 50 like the paperwork indicated. As soon as I got home and my husband saw the gouge in the antenna and I called my sales rep right away and then again the next morning and he finally called me back after a couple of hours and made a comment "well, I could say that the scratch in the antenna wasn't there when you left" which is BS. I felt that he had my certified cheque and my trade-in and wasn't really interested in helping me get a "new vehicle" or the antenna fixed. When I did take it in for service for the antenna, they provided me with a ride to the Mall and when I called for a pick-up a couple of hours later, the ditzy blonde in the service centre forgot to to tell the driver I was ready for pick-up. So after an hour of waiting, I called again and Jimmy arranged for my ride. Poor customer service after paying over $40,000 for a "new" car!! Never again will I use this dealership. The "under new management" sign on the building clearly needs a revamp on their management style and closer attention needs to be paid to customer service and not just $$$$$$$. More
