Ryan Boyle was excellent in explaining all about the vehicle and going with us on a test drive. We got the price we want and enjoyed our interactions with Stephanie Gallos in the financing department. We will certainly do business with Newmarket Nissan again and will request Ryan Boyle for our salesperson. He did a great job. This is our second used car vehicle purchase at this dealership and it won't be our last! We would highly recommend this dealership and the staff members we dealt with! More
Removed options/dirty vehicle We recently bought a 2015 pathfinder sl. We were told that all the vehicles newmarket Nissan sells come with roof racks running boards and a few other We recently bought a 2015 pathfinder sl. We were told that all the vehicles newmarket Nissan sells come with roof racks running boards and a few other options the total package was 1400$. We finally agreed on a price that worked for both of us. What they didn't tell us was that they took those 1400$ worth of options off our vehicle. When we went to do the paperwork we declined all the extra stuff they try to sell you. Then the finance manager came in and asked us "so why don't you want to protect your vehicle?" I told her because we can't afford it, and she rolled her eyes. If that wasn't enough when we came to pick the vehicle up it was covered in salt. I asked if they could wash it and they told me "it was washed yesterday". I said it was dirty and wanted it washed. They said they would do it. When they took us out to hand the vehicle over it was still covered in salt. I wasn't very satisfied with newmarket Nissan at all!? More

I made up my mind after a visit to the auto show. I went to the Newmarket dealership after seeing a vehicle on kikiji. I dealt with a few sales people from other dealerships but Brian was most passionate about the infinite. I bought the 2015 QX60 and is enjoying the ride and many features. Great experience at Newmarket Nissan I just traded in my 2012 Platinum Murano for the new 2015 Platinum Murano. Just took it for a drive off the lot and love it. I had purchased my firs I just traded in my 2012 Platinum Murano for the new 2015 Platinum Murano. Just took it for a drive off the lot and love it. I had purchased my first Murano from Nissan Newmarket and was very happy with their service over the past few years. We dealt with Ryan this time around and were very impressed by his professionalism and good nature. Stephanie from Finance was very helpful and patient with all our questions. Buyers beware – Management does not keep own promises! When finalizing purchase of brand new Infinity qx70 salesperson & sales manager promised certain items to be included in price and failed to deliver. That was a dent guard and set of winter mats. Salesperson promised and when we asked to have it written into contract we were taken to sales manager who stated that price of the car is so low that he is not allowed to write this in the contract but at the same time MANAGER stated: Look I am the boss here and personally I guarantee that items will be included with the vehicle. Upon delivery, items were not included. When issues were brought to the attention of the manager during vehicle delivery, we were informed that items will be delivered to our residence. We have been waiting for promised items since May 2014! More

Got the vehicle delivered to my home in Ottawa 5 days later in great condition as promised. Highly recommended ! More
Congrats, You lost a loyal customer of 9yrs and his referals Background I have been a loyal customer of Doner and now Newmarket Nissan since 2006. My past 4 cars have come from this dealer as well as both my da Background I have been a loyal customer of Doner and now Newmarket Nissan since 2006. My past 4 cars have come from this dealer as well as both my daughters bought from this dealer. I referred several of friends, clients and associates to this dealer. They who also purchased or leased cars. All my service since 2006 and my kids service was performed by this Dealer. My interaction with this dealership in October was the worst interaction I have ever had with any business. It took until January to get a partial resolution and that is why the review is being posted now. Once I met the General Manager, Macon Doublet, of the de3alership, I can understand why the place has gone downhill quickly. That was after he finally got himself off his perch to speak to a customer after three attempts to get him to call me. Too bad, it was well run under the Doner name and by the Doner family. If the head office of Auto Canada or Nissan care to know the details, I am happy to speak with them. I certainly wouldn't want these people representing my product. They (the dealer and Nissan/Infiniti) lost a lot of future money over very little as I will never go back into that dealer and will be sure to spread the word to my friends. I now understand the "used car salesman" stereotype. More
BUY FROM RYAN BOYLE!!!!!! I just purchased a new 2014 QX60, and visited 3 dealers in the process. I went to Newmarket on the Friday, bought it, and took it home on the Saturday I just purchased a new 2014 QX60, and visited 3 dealers in the process. I went to Newmarket on the Friday, bought it, and took it home on the Saturday. I live in Vaughan, so it was definitely worth the drive. Got an amazing deal!! Ryan from sales and Stephanie from Finance were Phenominal!! If you have to buy a vehicle, buy from Ryan, not pushy and not your typical In your face sales person. Thanks Bud! - Tony. S More

In that time I've complained numerous times about my dash rattling and buzzing alsp my car has excessive engine braking. These issues happen everyday yet they still can seem to isolate the issue. I keep being told to monitor the issues. When I complained about this to nissan Canada i pretty much got the same. I am licensed 310s automotive technician for a living so when I say there is somthing wrong with my car there is somthing WRONG!!!!. Also the car is on its third wiper motor since buying brand new. Nykyta my service advisor was fine aside from an accounting error in which they tried to make me pay 758$ for the wiper motor bit has since been rectified. Should have bought the Chev cruze. Will not be coming back More
