Brian Eliss was extremely helpful when it came down to making a deal and was able to work with my budget. Lastly TJ was excellent with working out all the fine details and getting me my car in just a couple of days after signing! One of the most noticeable things is that every staff member I interacted with was able to remember me by name at each visit and specific details I had mentioned. Amazing Experience My Wife and I trading in our car for a new QX60. We were looking between two vehicles for our growing family and must say we made the right choice. When I first called in to book an appointment is when the VIP service began. I called on a Friday and we were booked in on Monday. When we first arrived I was greeted by Gurprett (sales manager) who took down all our information and set us up with a coffee and the QX60 brochure while he had a look at our trade in. The entire staff was all smiles and friendly. Once Gurprett came back he introduce us to Brian (Asst Sales Manager) who worked with us on getting My wife and I into a Brand new Infiniti. I must say the entire process was done professional, honest and exceeded all expectations. After the deal was done Gurpreet personally walked over and congratulated us, then walked us over to their finance department. TJ (Finance manager) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest and didn't skip a beat. My wife and I felt comfortable with everything he discussed and felt as if we have known him for years. Now the best part was picking up the car and must say we were beyond happy and impressed with the vehicle. Everything we were promised was there and even got to enjoy a hamburger and hotdog while they transferred our plates. This was by far the best experience I have EVER encountered at a dealership and can honestly say Newmarket Infiniti has a customer for life. Melissa Shelley was our sales representative and was very knowledgeable and very professional and listened to what we wanted in a new vehicle. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted, colour and all. Gurprett Kandola took his time with us to make sure our trade was valued properly and we were happy with the price. It was very nice to meet the sales manager Don Cummins, he took the time to shake our hands and to congratulate us on buying a car and explain that Stephanie Gallas would be our businees manager and that she would be giving us the best offers and attention. Stephanie helped pick out the best options for our warranty and undercoating and even went beyond her shift to call us personally with these features. Kerry Dang was very thorough when she delivered with us. What a great team! This was a breath of fresh air to come from Innisfil to Newmarket to buy a new car! We are looking forward to coming next week to have a trailer hitch put on. Hope to see the same team in three years when we up grade again. More
