Great first dealership experience I bought my 2005 Nissan Altima from Newmarket Nissan. My Hyundai Santa-Fe broke down on the highway one weekend and I needed a new car because it was I bought my 2005 Nissan Altima from Newmarket Nissan. My Hyundai Santa-Fe broke down on the highway one weekend and I needed a new car because it wasn't fixable. So I spoke with Ryan Boyle and he understood my price limitations and found me a previously owned car that had just come in and was in my price range. I work long hours out in north York and he was flexible with me coming in later at night and helped the process go smoothly and quickly, because I rely on a vehicle for work. Over all my first car purchase from a dealership was great and I have told people about the great service I received from Newmarket Nissan and the great service and knowledge from Ryan. When I look for another car I'll be going to Newmarket Nissan again. More

Parts Department Unorganized and unprofessional.Ordered a part. Called to see if the part was in (over a week, was told it would be 2 days)Was told a part wasn't in wi Unorganized and unprofessional.Ordered a part. Called to see if the part was in (over a week, was told it would be 2 days)Was told a part wasn't in with an attitude by the parts person and they would call when it was in, was less than a KM away from dealership. Got home and had a voice mail stating part was in 4 hours earlier than my initial call. I call back and asked what happened and why was I told the part wasn't in when it was. Received a response of "oh well". Asked for the manager and got a call back an hour later. Manager was "what do you want me to do" it was a new person. No apology or nothing. More

Always a Pleasure In the last few days I bought an Altima and handed in my Infiniti Q50. Considering that I was looking to do this at some point soon, it was awesome th In the last few days I bought an Altima and handed in my Infiniti Q50. Considering that I was looking to do this at some point soon, it was awesome that the dealer reached out to me asking me if I wanted an assessment on cost of driving. This led to me being able to hand back my Infiniti and get into an Altima. I dealt with Dwayne Nicholson and Jack Feng. I've dealt with Dwayne before and as before, this time was also a pleasure. He aims to please, and in both of our encounters, I felt he went WAY above and beyond to be sure that I the customer, was happy. I certainly see Dwayne as a definite asset to the awesome team at Newmarket Infiniti Nissan. I would have to include Jack in that same opinion. Jack was one of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with in sales. I never felt pushed or coaxed in any way whatsoever, and he had every answer readily available, for every question my wife and I had. Even some information about stereos that in no way is common knowledge, which based on how much stereo is a big part of my car purchase, it was very nice to have that knowledge that Jack has. I want to add that in dealing with Mike in the finance department, things were very smooth and everything was presented to me with a friendly smile and a fantastic attitude. I have been a fan of Newmarket Infiniti Nissan since I walked in the door for my first service over 6 years ago and don't see any reason to go anywhere else, not only for anything outside of the Nissan/Infiniti brands, and certainly the service I get here.
