She was persuasive in a non salesy way which I very much appreciated. I went in yesterday and signed a new lease agreement! Financing went smoothly and transferring of vehicle was quick and easy. However, now home and on looking through vehicle, I feel 100% deceived The CarProof was never given to me by the dealership and I, absent minded, didn't think to ask about it. Instead the CarProof was left in vehicle for me to find which indicates previous accident on vehicle that I was never made aware of prior to purchase. Looking further into the CarProof, this doesn't seem like just a minor fender bender either, damage exceeded $5000! Needless to say, I probably wouldn't have purchased this vehicle had I been made aware. More
All I wanted was an oil change! While waiting for an oil change for my 2010 Sentra, I was asked if I would like to talk with a sales rep in as far as to replacing my beloved Sentra. While waiting for an oil change for my 2010 Sentra, I was asked if I would like to talk with a sales rep in as far as to replacing my beloved Sentra. Having not much to do, while waiting, and having considering replacing the Sentra in 2016 I accepted the invitation, I was introduced to Melissa Shelly, a bright and informed person whom I found very easy to deal with. We disgust my concerns with my present car and my predilections for a newer car, I felt no pressure from Melissa as she presented her her proposal. A test drive, cinched the deal. As Melissa advised my new car is a 2015 dark green Rogue with which I am truly impressed. Nissan should be proud of Melissa and the team from Newmarket Nissan. This is my seventh Nissan product from this dealership since 1981. I am a dedicated patron of Nissan because of people like Melissa. Thank you again Melissa. Ian More

Setting up an appointment On November 30th, my service engine light came on for my Nissan X trail. I called a service advisor to set up an appointment for the next day. Instead On November 30th, my service engine light came on for my Nissan X trail. I called a service advisor to set up an appointment for the next day. Instead of the service advisor trying to accommodate my request, the response I got was: We are busy this week and I can fit you for an appointment a week from Wednesday. Not understanding the sense of urgency, I even suggested that I can leave my vehicle there and rent a vehicle until the problem could be addressed. The service advisor finally relented but only after I stressed the gravity of the situation and the suggestion of leaving my car there for a couple of days. So much for treating a loyal customer that has 380,000 kilometres. Safe to say I will not be buying any future vehicles from this dealership. They should be ashamed of themselves!! More
