However in our last experience with my family (we are immigrants) we dealt with a repulsive racist comments from their sales person. Not only was he talking about politics but he also discriminated against immigrants, not knowing we were immigrants, also talking about protecting the border and bombing some countries which he believes should be done.... what?!?!?!? Seriously?!? I have a short clip of this sickening human being expressing his views... I know right what a great sales guy. I’m sure that his co workers hear it all the time, but to express his feeling so negatively towards his customers it’s completely inappropriate and unprofessional to say the least. I am deeply offended with they way this man directed his comments towards my family (not knowing we are immigrants) and not apologizing for it. Hyundai Canada should look into training their sales associates to be more respectful and to keep their comments to themselves when its regarding politics, religion and their own opinions on immigrants. I will follow up with Hyundai Canada to make sure people like this sales man are disciplined and dealt with this issue accordingly. More

I shared several details about my unique trade and after learning more details about my trade which I new would negatively affect my trade in value I immediately shared the additional details to ask if it was still worth me making the one hour drive to the dealership to make a deal. I said if my trade value is expected to be less than a specific amount, then I wanted to be considered of both of our time. The dealership said "we are still close and we are aware of the information already. It will be worth you coming in as we have interested parties for your car so I'm absolutely sure it will be worth everyone's time". Then when I arrived, they let me test drive the car and told me exactly what I asked about in my email. Your trade in will only be worth so much.. so in the end, I wasted my time driving to this dealers and went home without a new car. @OMVIC_Consumers (@omvic_official) works hard to ensure consumers are treated fairly and properly. This type of behaviour is why there is such a negative stigma around car sales people. I've read Some of the reviews on the page and can’t believe that this is the same dealership cut them a little slack as try really hard to get everyone taken care of promptly and professional. I know because I sometime busy their chops and they still try very hard to make me and my wife and kids feel comfortable. great work guys. More

Tire Loose on Highway The front drivers side tire almost came off on the highway! The nuts were all loose and the wheel was making a terrible noise on the highway when I would make a lane change or any slight bend on the highway. It sounded like a failed wheel bearing. When I stopped and checked the wheel nuts, they were all very loose and not much keeping the rim on the car! When I reported the issue to Newmarket Hyundai the service adviser never said sorry or apologized in any way. All she said was since it was over a month ago since they changed the tires it could have been “kids in the neighborhood that loosened the nuts”. Really! That is your response. She never asked how many miles I drove since the tire change or any pertinent questions. She also said I should have brought the car back a week after the tires were changes so they could tighten the nuts. They have never said that to me in the 3 years that they been doing tire changes on this car. I don't recommend ever using a service department with this type of attitude and poor safety procedures. More
