Solid experience purchasing a Toyota Tundra I own a couple Toyota Tundras for my company, and needed another. I inquired about a Tundra and David replied to me. I keep buying and being serviced here.. I have purchased at least 4 cars from this dealership. And they continue to impress me! Explained leasing, packages etc. Had a warranty issue ( out o I have purchased at least 4 cars from this dealership. And they continue to impress me! Explained leasing, packages etc. Had a warranty issue ( out of warranty ) and they fixed it ! NO CHARGE ! I get very upset with negative reviews that only tell their own distorted side of the story. Furthermore, so many of these reviews seem so far from any fact that I would not take them for any value. Get a life. I have never had an issue with anyone at NEWMARKET TOYOTA. More
DO not Buy here. Buy your toyota elsewhere I bought a brand new Tacoma from this Stealership. I bought a toyota for the warranty and the resale value. I know sometimes things don't work and the I bought a brand new Tacoma from this Stealership. I bought a toyota for the warranty and the resale value. I know sometimes things don't work and they need to be fixed. Well my tacoma rear break seized on me on two different occasion and the truck won't go anywhere. Sure call Toyota roadside assistant to be told the dealership will charge me a diagnostic fee for a WARRANTIED VEHICLE? Yet I'm out a vehicle for 3 days and the dealership won't help me for a warranty issue to get me to work and back? They will be your friends until the sales goes throught then your SOL More

Disappointed. 1. First, they don’t listen. I asked for the engine coolant to be replaced and they did a whole maintenance on the car. 2. While checking cabin air f 1. First, they don’t listen. While checking cabin air filter their technician put it back upside down disregarding the air flow arrow on the filter. 3. They recommended to replace the serpentine when the belt showed no signs of wear and was replaced by me 40K ago (they had no record of it). 4. They over tighten the oil drain plug and the oil filter. It was impossible to remove them and I had to go back to the dealer. 5. Over inflated all four tires. More

Upon my 3rd oil change i was up sold to a maintenance service which made sense to me and i was happy to have that service completed. Not 25 minutes later i was introduced to a $2000 quote. Not only had i just purchased a "reconditioned used car" from newmarket Toyota they were now trying to jam me for services that should have been done at the recondition. This is false advertising and the manager Paul had no interest in helping the situation or a new customer. I guess they feel since they own Aurora and Newmarket Toyota, Aurora Hyundai, and Lexus in barrie they feel they have enough customers. I will not return, nor would i ever recommend anyone going to one of these locations for sales or service. More
Newmarket Toyota - A Woman Scorned by Lies!!! My truck is under extended warranty with 66000km. I recently had the brakes and rotors replaced by my own mechanic who used to be a Toyota mechanic in My truck is under extended warranty with 66000km. I recently had the brakes and rotors replaced by my own mechanic who used to be a Toyota mechanic in South Africa. I have had the truck regularly serviced at Newmarket Toyota and told them last time I was in for my 65000 km regular maintenance that there was an intermittent noise when making sharp right or left turns...they said it was my brakes. After my brakes were replaced, the same noise was persisting so I took it to this Toyota dealer who asked me if I had my brakes done (assuming she was looking at notes on the system from my regular maintenance) I told her yes by my own mechanic. When she called me to pick it up, she said that unfortunately, the noise was coming from the brakes because they were not Toyota brakes! REALLY TOYOTA? The brakes I had installed are same or superior to Toyota brakes. She also admitted on the phone that they were not able to reproduce the noise. I told her that it could not be the brakes because the noise comes whether or not I am engaging the brakes. Doesn't make any sense. So, I didn't mention that I am a woman... When I arrived to pick it up, Paul, the Service Manager was there to explain to me how the problem was in fact my non Toyota brakes even though i wasn't using the brakes and they were not able to hear the noise for themselves. He was condescending and rude in his manner towards me. This is the second time that I am fed a line of BS by this dealership and likely the last time I buy Toyota. My very first visit, I compared regular service prices with a Toyota dealer up north and was told that they reason Newmarket was almost double in price was likely because Midland Toyota only serviced the two front wheels...REALLY??? When I called the head office, they said the service schedule is the service schedule, same for all but did you know that they can charge whatever they want? Shop around but beware of Newmarket Toyota!! More
