I leased a Toyota Corolla Cross LE FWD from this dealership in 2023 because they had no other vehicles whoch arrived earlier than two months except this one, which was a cancelled order. The car was terrible, slow on highway, unstable in winter in spite of winter tires. Not mentioning the jampacked space in the car. I once asked them to exchange the car or accept the return and pay my $2000 six months later, but they refused to do so. This year, I asked to exhange it with a RAV4 Hybrid. The price on their signs in the dealership is $120 weekly. I had talked to my sales advisor and she had given me the quote for $270 taxes in. When I wanted to finalize the exchange, Emily, the sales manager, issued an invoice including $1500 extra for lease expenses, which reached $312 biweekly, too far from the quote I had already got. When I complained about that, she said that was the best they could do. Considering the fact that they were not going to pay back the $2000 they received at the beginning and were not going to pay me back forvthe maintenance package I had already bought for the Corrolla Cross, they even charged me a penalty for returning that lemon earlier than they expected. I do not recommmend any deals with this dealership as well as with Toyota. More

Ramit, the salesman is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells, honest and polite. The finance manager, Tom, had these same qualities and explained without pushing some available options. He was very factual without any sales pressure at all. He explained everything and left us to make the decisions. Overall I feel like their approach is what made us choose this dealer. If you are thinking of a new car start with Ramit and finish with Tom and you will have no regrets. More
Reached out to sales manager Emily Lee in regards to a demo Supra GR. I asked for breakdown of the price and noticed secure ride $659 and window tints $599 were added on the price. When I asked to remove these add ons, she clearly told me they cannot be removed. Since when did tints and secure ride which is rim/tire protection became mandatory? When I reached out to the general manager Ruby Lui-Lina and didn’t hear back from her. I am surprised that such manager level staff play this type of games. People that are first time car buyers will be taken advantage of by this team. I will not recommend anyone to this location. After posting my initial review. Senior manager Luca emailed and wanted to have a phone call. I spoke to senior sales man on Dec 19 2024. Just like the other managers from this location he doesn't see why the add on fee should be removed if the customer doesn't want it. First 15 mins of the call, he indicated that the "add on" service fee which is part of the listed price is only an issue because I saw the break down of the fee. then later on the call i was told by him, if i don't wish to have the add on service than its fine they wont include it however the price doesn't change. This experience just amazed me on how the manager is accepting to hide the breakdown of the services/fees that you are 100% expected to pay and if you are an experienced buyer then you cannot purchase the vehicle unless you allow the dealership to take advantage of you. More
