Service People Angry & On Edge One guy we have been dealing with for the last year is determined to give us hard time every time we book a service for our two cars, one day our cars One guy we have been dealing with for the last year is determined to give us hard time every time we book a service for our two cars, one day our cars were not properly setup on their system, one day we get charged for the service I have purchased ECP plan for with them, one day they mix up the appointment of my two cars with each other. Anyway there is no shortage of excuses for this guy to give us a hard time! and every time it is our fault and absolutely not them. the rest of them seem OK but oh boy oh boy. I decided to find another dealership farther than these guys just not to deal with them period! He seems he doesn't like his job and want to release it on somebody! More

I got a highlander hybrid 2017 for lease, than after my financial situation changed I tried to find someone to take my lease, but the leasing department Manager Greg Fulton was so rude to everabody who wants to take my lease, with whole stuff they were convincing not to do that, it is very bad deal and so. Please don’t lease any car from them. I have to file separate complain form to Toyota Canada against Graig Fulton, terrible person!!!!!!!! More
