Warren and Robert were very friendly and answered all our questions. First off I want say that I've owned a number of Mazda's over the years (my first car was a 626!) and we were looking at a CX-5. The only problem was that we couldn't out-right purchase the vehicle, we were told we had to finance the transaction. This doesn't make sense, what dealership refuses to sell a person a car because they don't want financing?!? More

I have a 2003 mazda protege and tried to get in touch with there parts department on 3 different days during hours of operation. The first day I got through by phone and talked to there parts department with there parts department on 3 different days during hours of operation. The first day I got through by phone and talked to there parts department about 2 inside door handles. At the time I didn’t have my vin on hand because I had not needed parts before and did not know that’s how they search for the parts. Long story short I called right back and got no answer then called 2 more times on separate days, left a message with no call back and then when I went in person I was treated like second class by one of there sales representatives I get that its an older car but it left a bad taste in my mouth . I ended up going to Richmond hill Mazda instead and got the parts ordered right away. My overall experience with new roads Mazda was awful at best More
