Over 3hrs oil change Dropped my car early morning for an oils change, I was told it would be no more than an hour and twenty minutes. The first time I called, I waited on Dropped my car early morning for an oils change, I was told it would be no more than an hour and twenty minutes. The first time I called, I waited on hold for 5 minutes to be told they'd call me back. Second time I called (2hrs) after I dropped the car, I was on hold for 10min to be told it won't be ready for another hour. Never have I experienced such horrible experience from a service department. More
