Car returned with damaged air condition I wished I had read the reviews for this dealership first; I would not have brought my car in. I brought my car for the air bag recall and I got my car back and my air condition is not longer working. It worked the week prior. The air conditioner was used two days prior when the temperature reached 30 degree . The person working on my car was careless. The vent was not secured in place and now the passenger vent keeps popping out. Furthermore, the mechanic left his tools on the floor of my car and my air condition is no longer working. When I called about my air conditioner, the service person did not want to discuss the possibility that perhaps a hose was punctured while my car was at their garage. There was no place else and if the hose was punctured prior, the coolant would have escaped during the winter months. The service person wanted me to pay 140 dollars to have my air condition hose analysed. Why would I bring my car there again if you have already showed me that you are careless? Suzanne Albert More
Not Great I took our Civic in for service, was told it would be about $4000 to fix. Since the car was 10+ years old we started looking around for new cars. A friend suggested I take the car to her mechanic for a second opinion. Some of the things that the dealership said I needed done actually were fine and in good shape. This mechanic fixed everything that needed fixing AND did a transmission service and the bill came out to just over $900. I went back after the repairs were done and spoke to the service manager. His face turned beet red as if they had just been caught in a scam. I will never set foot in that dealership again. This after having two different Honda vehicles over the last 18 years. We just bought a Subaru and couldn't be happier. More
