Pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of staff and Management at Newmarket Honda. My wife and I purchased a pre-owned 2019 CR-V Ex L with the assistance of John Mignardi, New Car Sales Representat and Management at Newmarket Honda. First off, they did not have any of the vehicles we wanted, but advertised having them. We get there and wait and wait and wait, to then be offered a test drive in the model we do not want. We enjoyed wanted, but advertised having them. We get there and wait and wait and wait, to then be offered a test drive in the model we do not want. We enjoyed that drive, and asked if we could get the civic sport. Kyle assured us he found the last one in Ontario, got our hopes up, sold us the vehicle. 8 days later after paying for rentals, he calls to tell us he does not have our car but wants to sell us the lower model that we clearly stated we did not want. The financing department was like highway robbery, felt like he thought we were absolutely stupid. Trying to sell us on warranty packages that cost twice as much as the car payments would!!! 3 hours wasted...8 days wasted....all our hopes are gone now for the car we were promised. I highly do not suggest these shady liars. More

I wanted to share my bad experience I had with Honda Newmarket. I dealt with Zhana Moroz and Mark Oliver. They didn’t disclose Honda’s special discount available for customers even though they have to a Newmarket. I dealt with Zhana Moroz and Mark Oliver. They didn’t disclose Honda’s special discount available for customers even though they have to and presented it as the dealership discount given to me. I feel tricked and scammed. Be very careful dealing with these people and always do your homework before going to Honda Newmarket. I’ve repeted customer but this was my last visit to this dealership. More
