We purchased a brand-new 2026 Honda HR-V from NewRoads Honda and immediately discovered serious manufacturer defects that make it unsafe to drive. We raised these safety concerns right away, explaining that the issues put us at risk of a serious motor vehicle accident, but the dealership refused to take accountability or issue a refund. Despite knowing about the danger, NewRoads Honda has shown no urgency or responsibility — prioritizing profit over customer safety. This experience has caused us significant stress and physical strain being that we spent 50,000$ dollars with them and this is the customer service we received. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. Your safety should never be negotiable — but at NewRoads Honda, it is. More

Brought my vehicle to the dealership to replace a broken turn signal and thought I would allow them to do my oil change while it was there. Only to discover the following day, the cover plate was not screw turn signal and thought I would allow them to do my oil change while it was there. Only to discover the following day, the cover plate was not screwed back on securely and began to drag on the floor. Ruined my weekend plans as I had to return on a Saturday morning to get this fixed. No attempt to make up for the mistake except to offer a car wash. What ever happened to customer service? Not planning to bring my vehicle back here unless I really need to. More
I took my Honda CRV twice to the Newroads Honda Service department and both times left very disappointed as I had more repairs on my vehicle each time. The Honda CRV is great. The sales process was what you’d expect. However, dealing with the “ Finance” manager was appalling. I felt I was manipulated and mislead about my original vehicle purchase. The initial vehicle I chose I found out at signing that it was a resale and 3 months of the warranty has elapsed. He had tried to slip this by me but I do contracts for a living. He also said window etching was required I had to pay $800 for that useless “option”. there were other “built in “ charges that were not required. very tense negotiation. After than we agreed to a date and time for vehicle pick up and then they delayed it another day..No big deal but inconvenient for me none the less. On the Honda app. They ask you to allow up to 3 hours for vehicle pick up so they can take you through all of the gadgets, switches and things that the vehicle can do. I booked it and arrived on time to do the run through and nobody was there to do it. I asked to reschedule and was told once I left the lot with the vehicle that “service” was no longer offered. So the salesman took me through a 10 minute walk through that was not much more than how to lock and unlock doors, hatch, gas tank, lowere windows etc., A week or so after I picked up the CRV, I got a client satisfaction call. I told them pretty much everything I said above. The woman said she would have someon call me promptly. No call. About a week or more after the call the same woman called to ask if I had spoken to “the manager”. I said they had not called. She was embarrased and said she would notify the proper person again and insist they call. She advised she was going on vacation but she will ensure they call and will follow up with me when she is back 1-2 weeks hence. I have to this day NEVER heard from the dealership, not a manager, not this woman. No one. So would I buy a Honda again. So far yes, I love my CRV Hybrid, but would I go to New Roads Honda. That is certainly not likely. More

There is a reason he has won so many awards from Honda Canada. More
