Do not go to this dealership if you want your car to last long. Another insane experience is the service advisor with management. The fish really stinks from its head! long. Another insane experience is the service advisor with management. The fish really stinks from its head! More
This review is solely based on service department and not sales team. Service is terrible and people should use caution! They are capable of doing oil and filter changes, for everything else, beware! sales team. Service is terrible and people should use caution! When My 2018 eco diesel blew up at 137K and was quoted $47k to put a new engine in from another dealership. Because I still owed money on the 5 1/2 year old truck after asking a couple of times would this $47k to put a new engine in from another dealership. Because I still owed money on the 5 1/2 year old truck after asking a couple of times would this dealership the one I purchased the eco diesel from help me out. They called back and said they would. So with the truck towed back to Newmarket I met Samuel a new salesman. He was able to come out with me on a test drive of a Ram 1500 3.6 l V6. The dealership was able to roll the amount I still owed on the truck with the motor that died on me in with the amount owed on this new 2023 classic. Only a couple hundred dollars more each month for 8 years. More

took my Jeep in for service and after a terrible experience, I received an email from Todd Shivers, NewRoads Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram General Manager, saying in part "Your feedback is valuable, as it experience, I received an email from Todd Shivers, NewRoads Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram General Manager, saying in part "Your feedback is valuable, as it helps us to meet your needs and make improvements, with the goal of achieving exceptional service." The following is my response to his email to which I received NO reply from Mr Shivers. "Thanks for reaching out regarding recent service. Unfortunately, I’m not happy with my experience nor the end result. The original issue was a warning I received on the display that said “4WD System Unavailable Service Required”. I took it to my usual mechanic who said the he’d read an article about Jeep’s having a lot of issues with the transfer case and suggested I take it to the dealer as he thought there was a recall because of this problem. As it turned out there wasn’t any recall that your service department could find but I left it with them to diagnose the problem on April 12th. The service department had the truck for 3 days and first suggested that a sensor needed to be replaced - that wasn’t the issue. Then it was a module that needed to be replaced but it was on back order and was told it would be a week or longer to get the part. When expressed my concern that they’d already had the vehicle for 3 days, they said that it was fully drivable and I could pick it up and drive it until the part came in. When the module was replaced the issue was still not resolved and the warning sign was still on. So far the bill is now $1350.74 and the original issue has not been fixed! Now I’m informed there is a hydraulic pump code showing up and upon further investigation of rear differential, metal was found in the oil in the diff. I’m told that the 4WD system is operating as designed but a new rear differential is now required for $2379 + 4.5 hours of labour! So I told service that I’d have to think about this and was told that the vehicle was fully drivable so I left. Before even hitting Davis drive, the same warning came back on. I pulled a U turn and went back to the service department to ask about this. They said that the warning was to do with the rear differential issue that needs to be done but was fine to drive. So to this point, service has had the vehicle for 4 days and I’ve spent $1350 on parts that I may or may not have needed and the Jeep is still exactly where it was before I started. It seems to me that the service philosophy is “I think it the sensor, let’s put a new one in - nope that wasn’t it. Lets try a new module - nope that didn’t work either. OK let’s try replacing the rear differential and see if that works...” Unfortunately I have no confidence that the first 4 days & $1350 was actually needed and that lack of confidence extends into the proposed $3K+ repair that’s suggested. I think I’ll go back to my usual mechanic and get the job done right the first time." After being asked for my feedback, and giving it, I dod not receive ANY other communication from this dealer or the G.M. More
