Dale was thorough and obviously knew what he was talking about when explaining differences about the vehicles to us. Dale also knew what we wanted as we were up front with him about our needs and desires. The thing I enjoyed most about Dale was that he was not trying to hard upsell us on anything and applied no pressure whatsoever. I would like to commend Dale on a job well done and on delivering exactly what we wanted with a no bones approach. Stow and Go was high on the priority list along with a slow mileage as possible. We met Jack right away and explained to him that we were not really in too much of a hurry, just mainly looking. He showed us a few vehicles in the range we were looking at, including one which caught our attention. There was no pressure to purchase right away. We test drove it, liked it, needed a few things done, which he looked after and got us a really good deal. Jack made it a good experience for us. More
