I usually don't write reviews but I owe it to the public consumer to be aware that I was NOT impressed with my experience with Dale Dever. He was the sales representative that served me that day. I am not writing this review because of the unfair appraisal price of my vehicle (well below market value). I am writing this review because Dale was not a nice person to deal with... Needless to say, I made my stay at NewRoads as short as possible. I've had much better experiences elsewhere. Best of luck if you go to NewRoads Chrysler in Newmarket. I hope you have a better sales person serve you. More

Dealing with Brian Coneybeare for my Grand Caravan ended up being a great experience. He listened when I told him what features I wanted in my new vehicle and didn't try to sell me extra features that I di up being a great experience.
