Always quick to respond to any questions we had, and protectively finding not one but two Jeep Cherokee SUVs so that we could get our SUV ASAP if we decided to go with them, and we're glad we did. I never felt like he was using high pressure sales tactics. I contrast this to the single cursory email we got from the salesman who sold us or Dodge Durango years ago at another dealership. I guess he wasn't interested in repeat business. When we got home after signing the initial deal, I discovered that there was an error in the pricing. Dreading that we were going to be overcharged because we had signed the deal, I called Brian to let him know and by the time I get back to the dealership to discuss it in person he had already figured out what went wrong and assured me that they would honor the actual deal and the new bill would reflect it, which it did. This was a great start to what I hope will be a long and mutually beneficial relationship. Thanks again Brian for all your help. More

Rob Valeri is the man I was a Ford guy until I met Rob at Maciver. After leaving the Ford dealership disappointed I saw the sign advertising 0% financing and thought I woul I was a Ford guy until I met Rob at Maciver. After leaving the Ford dealership disappointed I saw the sign advertising 0% financing and thought I would take a look. I came in and met Rob, he asked me how he could help me and I told him "Sell me a truck". What I liked best was Rob didn't sell me a truck, he didn't bad talk the competition and pressure me or make me feel I had to make up my mind right away. He spent a little extra time just having a conversation with me talking about things completely unrelated to trucks. He made me feel comfortable and he worked with me to make sure I would get the best deal he could offer (Ford wouldn't budge on their price). This all made Rob a good salesman, what made him an EXCELLENT salesman was how well he interacted with my 3 year old daughter, she honestly asked us all week if we could go see Rob again. I honestly can't comment too much on the dealership as we really only dealt with the one person however if Rob is a employee who represents the same qualities Maciver believes in than this is one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with! Purchase of a 2015 Ram 1500 truck Micheal was very patient with me as I am picky when it comes to the items I wanted in a truck. I was turned off a few dealerships when the guy on the Micheal was very patient with me as I am picky when it comes to the items I wanted in a truck. I was turned off a few dealerships when the guy on the phone / email responds, "I have over 30 years selling trucks, you don't need that feature". When I asked Mike about a particular feature (Anti-Spin Differential) he said lets find a truck that has it. Most of my communications was by way of email and text on his cell phone, as I do not live close and Mike never lost faith in me as a real buyer.
