Couldnt have been happier! New Roads Newmarket was not my first choice as I live in Barrie. I was very unhappy with Barrie Chrysler so I contacted New Roads Newmarket and spoke New Roads Newmarket was not my first choice as I live in Barrie. I was very unhappy with Barrie Chrysler so I contacted New Roads Newmarket and spoke with Jim Hillock. He was absolutely amazing to deal with. From the time I walked in the front door people could not have been more helpful. My 2017 Jeep Rubicon was ordered and built as per my requests. I was prepared for lengthy wait of 6-8 weeks but was pleasantly surprised when it was in in 3 weeks. When I went in to pick it up Jim was very patient in explaining all the new features that I was very unfamiliar with. I left the dealership feeling very excited and happy. Approx. a half hour later I stopped for some lunch and notice there was a fairly noticeable scuff and scratch on the right side of the bumper. I pboned Jim and he said to bring it back right away. Both Jim and Eric were most helpful. Both have followed up with phone calls to let me know they would be ordering a new bumper for my Rubicon and when it was in. I have to contact service to set up a day and time to have the bumper replaced. I have every confidence that this will go as smoothly as everythi g else has at New Roads Newmarket. More
