My husband and I have two older vehicles and needed to replace at least one. I went to New Roads a few weeks back and met Ray Belanger. I specifically let him know that I would not be purchasing a vehi replace at least one. I went to New Roads a few weeks back and met Ray Belanger. I specifically let him know that I would not be purchasing a vehicle that day, but that I was gathering info to educate myself. Ray told me to ask away and explained numerous terms, deals, financing, etc., without once pressuring me to buy. He spent a good two hours with me; even missing lunch that was brought in for the team - told me not to worry. I have never purchased from a dealership before, but felt very much at ease with Ray and the info he provided. When I got home, I said to my husband that we had to go to New Roads and see Ray when we were ready to buy. That ended up sooner than later, and we stopped by New Roads last Thursday. We went in to see when Ray would be working - he was there that evening. He remembered me; the details we had discussed, and we arranged to meet again on Saturday morning. My husband was impressed with Ray, and the two of them hit it off. We purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra pickup, and hubby is still smiling. Ray was pure class, friendly, courteous and a pleasure to buy from. What a gentleman! We enjoyed meeting Kerry & Marilyn with regard to Financing. All three treated us as if we were buying a brand new, very high end vehicle. My other vehicle is at my mechanic's and if it costs too much to repair, we already know where we're going to go and who we will be seeing! I highly recommend New Roads and Ray. He was so patient and went through everything with us. I have never walked out of a dealership after buying a car feeling as good about the purchase as I did after this one. We were treated like we were purchasing a $100K vehicle and were were in fact buying one of the least expensive ones on the lot (Chevy Spark). No pressure or "sales pitches"....what a pleasure it was! I highly recommend this dealership. We will definitely be back when it's time to buy again! I have been visiting several dealerships over the last few weeks, and I must say this dealership has the best staff by far. I was pretty nervous about purchasing a brand new car and Steven Leadbeater ma few weeks, and I must say this dealership has the best staff by far. I was pretty nervous about purchasing a brand new car and Steven Leadbeater made the entire process painless for me (my husband was very happy). Steven spoke to me in a way that was very comforting and I could understand. Once we decided on a vehicle he went to bat for me to get the best price. He did not disappoint. Once I was ready to buy, he introduced me to a wonderful new mom Mary-Anne Hart to help prepare all of the paperwork. We even kept them there an hour past closing time doing all the paperwork and not one complaint to be heard. Once the car was ready to be picked up we had to meet with Marilyn Pearn, who really knows her job. I had writers cramp by the time I was finished signing all the papers. I really have to say that these 3 people really made buying my first brand new car a very pleasurable experience. The one part that really stood out to me was that Steven took us around to all of the different departments and introduced us to everyone. He told everyone the car I bought and that these are the people who would look after me and my car. It was a good "family" vibe and from there on I knew I was in a good place.
