I called up Stef in August and told him I was interested in purchasing an SRX. He provided me with the opportunity to test out several vehicles and answered a multitude of questions. He was so patient and went through everything with us. I have never walked out of a dealership after buying a car feeling as good about the purchase as I did after this one. We were treated like we were purchasing a $100K vehicle and were were in fact buying one of the least expensive ones on the lot (Chevy Spark). I have been visiting several dealerships over the last few weeks, and I must say this dealership has the best staff by far. I was pretty nervous about purchasing a brand new car and Steven Leadbeater ma few weeks, and I must say this dealership has the best staff by far. I was pretty nervous about purchasing a brand new car and Steven Leadbeater made the entire process painless for me (my husband was very happy). Steven spoke to me in a way that was very comforting and I could understand. Once we decided on a vehicle he went to bat for me to get the best price. He did not disappoint. Once I was ready to buy, he introduced me to a wonderful new mom Mary-Anne Hart to help prepare all of the paperwork. We even kept them there an hour past closing time doing all the paperwork and not one complaint to be heard. Once the car was ready to be picked up we had to meet with Marilyn Pearn, who really knows her job. I had writers cramp by the time I was finished signing all the papers. I really have to say that these 3 people really made buying my first brand new car a very pleasurable experience. The one part that really stood out to me was that Steven took us around to all of the different departments and introduced us to everyone. He told everyone the car I bought and that these are the people who would look after me and my car. It was a good "family" vibe and from there on I knew I was in a good place.
