I originally called New Roads because my car was in rough shape seeing as it was a 95 and was looking at financing a new vehicle. Upon calling I was linked over to Tony who was an amazing help! He suggested shape seeing as it was a 95 and was looking at financing a new vehicle. Upon calling I was linked over to Tony who was an amazing help! He suggested that I come in and take a car for a test drive. The next day I went in and talked to Tony who was the absolutely nicest sales associate I have ever talked to!! He had a car ready for me upon arrival and we went for a test drive. When we returned to New Roads, we went to start talking numbers. I told him I need it as cheep as possible with the features I preferred due to the fact I am a college student. Tony then suggested that it will be a lot cheeper for me to lease instead of finance, plus I get a new car in 3 years again now! Tony did everything he could for me in price and made an amazing experience for my first car purchase! The whole staff in general are amazing people at New Roads. I will now be a lifetime customer to New Roads and with Tony. I would suggest New Roads in Newmarket, and Tony Ladas to everyone who is looking at purchasing a car! More

My wife and I recently visited the New Roads Dealership in Newmarket to pick up our 2010 Chevy Avalanche which was in for service. It was our first time taking a vehicle to this dealership and we were impressed with how quickly they serviced our truck and how friendly our service advisor Roger was. Our truck was fixed in 1 day...far quicker than Wilson Niblett where we usually took our vehicles. When we went to pick up the truck we decided to look around the Showroom where we spotted the 2013 Avalanche for sale. Tony introduced himself and he also introduced us to David. Both of these gentlemen were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Further along in the sales process I met Marilyn who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. All of these people seemed genuinely happy and excited that we were buying this new vehicle. We have since been back 2 times for service to our other vehicles and both times we have been impressed with the people who work there. They are all friendly, happy and helpful and seem happy to work there. We would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
