We k My wife and I made an appointment with Tony Ladas to look into a trade in of our 2008 Malibu. Our appointment was for Saturday March 22 2014. We knew that we wanted a 2014 Chevy Cruze. We both had a great experience talking to and dealing with Tony Ladas (New Car Sales Consultant) and Marilyn Pearn (Finance Manager). They are both lots of fun to talk to and shared in our excitement of this new car purchase with us. Tony listened real well to all of the preferences that we stated we wanted and he worked real hard to find a vehicle that had all of the perks that we wanted. Marilyn also worked hard to get our application for financing put through quickly so that we had an answer back that the financing was all approved as we were driving back home from the dealership, the very same day as our appointment with Tony! We also did not have to wait long for the new car to be ready for pick up. The car was ready for us on Friday March 28 2014, just under one week later. All in all, we would definitely return to this dealership again! More

From the moment Tony introduced himself, my husband and I felt very comfortable. Tony was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly...we even felt comfortable sharing family stories with each other. Within several minutes we were shown the features, questions answered of the 2014 Chevy Z71 truck I was falling in love with again. Moments later I was put in the 'command' seat for a test drive of my new truck. The day I was to pickup my truck I received a call saying the delivery time was unfortunately, to be delayed....after calling Tony he sensed my disappointment and willingly pulled some strings. Yahoo! I was able to pickup my truck on time without too much delay. Although I have owned and been a true Chevy pickup gal since 1992 (this being my fifth) the bells and whistles on my 2014 are quite different....Tony went over the ins and outs, answered any questions I had and reassured me if I had any additional questions I could call or drop by at any time for assistance by him or the service department. I was given a tour of the dealership and introduced to associates whom I feel very comfortable will serve my needs in the future. The final 'Carpe Diem' was receiving my keys surrounded by several dealer associates, mechanics, service employees for a hand shake and picture taking....
