First it was insisted upon that I leave the car with them and they would not accept possible damage or content liability for the car. I contacted GM directly and it was arranged for me to store the car in my driveway until parts were available. When I attempted to arrange a rental car through them I was informed that one would not be available to Monday. I called the exact same rental place that they deal with and I could have had a car within the hour. I called back and talked with Rino with this information to which he replied "Are you calling me a liar?" Then when I expressed my dissatisfaction with his customer service he then replied "You drive a 2006 Colbalt, have never bought from this dealership, you are not my customer." These are direct quotes from our conversation. So I canceled my service and booked to have my GM serviced elsewhere. I was shocked and taken back by his attitude and I have contacted GM directly about his treatment of a GM customer. More

Above and Beyond all of my expectations I own a 2005 GMC Sierra K1500 5.3L truck which I purchased at another dealer. Today my son called me in a panic so I called Rino at Newroads for help I own a 2005 GMC Sierra K1500 5.3L truck which I purchased at another dealer. Today my son called me in a panic so I called Rino at Newroads for help. He was most accommodating and very knowledgable. Even though I had not been to his dealership, he told me to come right in and they would take a look for me. When I arrived I was greeted with very friendly faces and my truck was taken in right away. Within no time I was told that the problem was a resistor and they would fix it right away. I found out that there was a bulletin a while back but my truck is older. I was very surprised when Rino told me that although I was well over my warranty they would cover the repair.
