Above and Beyond all of my expectations I own a 2005 GMC Sierra K1500 5.3L truck which I purchased at another dealer. Today my son called me in a panic so I called Rino at Newroads for help I own a 2005 GMC Sierra K1500 5.3L truck which I purchased at another dealer. Today my son called me in a panic so I called Rino at Newroads for help. He was most accommodating and very knowledgable. Even though I had not been to his dealership, he told me to come right in and they would take a look for me. When I arrived I was greeted with very friendly faces and my truck was taken in right away. Within no time I was told that the problem was a resistor and they would fix it right away. I found out that there was a bulletin a while back but my truck is older. I was very surprised when Rino told me that although I was well over my warranty they would cover the repair. We k My wife and I made an appointment with Tony Ladas to look into a trade in of our 2008 Malibu. Our appointment was for Saturday March 22 2014. We knew that we wanted a 2014 Chevy Cruze. We both had a great experience talking to and dealing with Tony Ladas (New Car Sales Consultant) and Marilyn Pearn (Finance Manager). They are both lots of fun to talk to and shared in our excitement of this new car purchase with us. Tony listened real well to all of the preferences that we stated we wanted and he worked real hard to find a vehicle that had all of the perks that we wanted. Marilyn also worked hard to get our application for financing put through quickly so that we had an answer back that the financing was all approved as we were driving back home from the dealership, the very same day as our appointment with Tony! We also did not have to wait long for the new car to be ready for pick up. The car was ready for us on Friday March 28 2014, just under one week later. All in all, we would definitely return to this dealership again! More
