That is customer service that shows they care. I Strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a GM vehicle. More
Cadillac Kid We first met The Alex 3 years ago when he was not known as the Cadillac Kid, but none the less, impressed my wife and I beyond belief, so much in fact We first met The Alex 3 years ago when he was not known as the Cadillac Kid, but none the less, impressed my wife and I beyond belief, so much in fact, got our business at the eleventh hour from a very good friend. 3 years later, I did not need to go looking for Alex, as he had stayed in constant contact with my wife, alerting us of his move, and where we could find him. It was a very easy decision for me to reach out to Alex and see what he could do with my needs and wants. Quite simply, he did not disappoint!! His genuine understanding and belief in customer service made the experience and enjoyable one. Coupled with Alex's personal traits, he has partnered up with a comparable dealership in All Roads. The entire staff was fantastic, and gave the critical support needed to any Sales Rep with the enthusiasm and ambition that the Cadillac Kid posses. I can honestly say that this will not be the last time time dealing with Alex, and thank him very much for his true care and concern with our deal. Great experience from beginning to end Our tired old 2003 Impala has been a fantastic vehicle, but it was overdue for replacement. We had heard great things about the 2014 model and wanted Our tired old 2003 Impala has been a fantastic vehicle, but it was overdue for replacement. We had heard great things about the 2014 model and wanted to try it out. At NewRoads, Alex showed us the new Impala, but also gently steered us to some other models. As he correctly pointed out, our family was at a different point than 11 years ago, and the Impala wasn't really the car for us any more. The Cadillac ATS was a comparable price, and we were able to use more of our GM VISA dollars towards leasing the Cadillac than we could have on the Impala. Alex really is a great salesman -- he doesn't push the sale, instead he seeks to understand your needs and gets the car that fits you. When there wasn't an ATS available with the options that exactly fit our needs, and we requested a factory order, he agreed without hesitation that it was the right decision. It was well worth the wait, because we are extremely happy with what we got. Alex took the time to deliver the vehicle to our house, spent a long time (on a Friday afternoon!) going through all the details of the sale, then showed us how to use all the features. He even went through the OnStar registration process with us, and I could tell that the OnStar concierge was also impressed that Alex had taken the time to deliver the car to the house and help us with it. There were so many personal touches that I could go on about, but in the end each of them were because Alex listens to what you are looking for, then delivers. More

I was very satisfied with the friendly service he provided when I met him at NewRoads to inquire about moving into a newer vehicle. Although I was currently driving a 2006 Cadillac CTS I had many questions. I wanted to stay with a Cadillac & hopefully upgrade but move into a smaller vehicle. I was truly shocked when I was told I could take the ATS home & bring it back the next day! Now that is really test driving a vehicle & I loved it. But I still had questions regarding lease or purchase, CTS or ATS, 2012, 2013 or 2014 & I wanted a $$ figure comparison so I could see what the cost would be. Alex was very patient & answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. He is a credit to NewRoads & the Cadillac name! My husband drives a Chevy Blazer & decided to get a new vehicle too. I told him he had to go to see Alex which he did. He'll be picking up a brand new 2014 Terrain in just a few days. Thanks Alex!! Rino and ray I have the pleasure of knowing Rino. I was in the market for a nicely used vehicle. I bought a 2009 gmc acadia that has so far enthralled me....I have I have the pleasure of knowing Rino. I was in the market for a nicely used vehicle. I bought a 2009 gmc acadia that has so far enthralled me....I have had it for 3 hours!!!. When I pulled into the lot I ran into Ray. From then on ray treated me very very well. He has a genuine knack for making people feel comfortable. I learned so much about the vehicle and what new roads had to offer. Ray and Rino are certainly great at making people happy. Thanks again. Tony was at all times informative, teaching and very knowledgeable in his approach to sales. At all times there was a feeling of respect and the utmost courtesy afforded me by all that I encountered at New Roads. I was well-informed, introduced to varies other members of the team and also shown the service areas. New Roads had come highly recommended to me by friends and co-workers who were customers and at no time did I encounter anything negative about this company. Purchasing my new Buick Encore was a great experience and Tony was very patient and a great teacher for someone who is rather new to all the technology now on new vehicles. I felt very comfortable at all times during our visits and test drive. the administrative side of the purchase was very smooth and all concerned made everything just so easy. I would have to say that the old stereotype of "pushy car salesmen" just does not exist at New Roads! Most enjoyable experience and I look forward to the new relationship with this dealer and staff. However, after visiting with Alex S at New Roads and hearing about the great deal (financing, warranties, service and features) now offered by GM and New Roads, we were quickly convinced to lease a new 2014 SRX. Many years ago we had leased a new vehicle and in thso in the intere end, we were not happy with the details and terms, so in the intervening we had only bought vehicles (new or used). Alex convinced us that the 0.9% lease offer was a very good deal and we are very happy with this arrangement. An overnight test drive and later, the personal delivery service provided by Alex to our home, including a bottle of nice wine, was a level of service we had never received before. First it was insisted upon that I leave the car with them and they would not accept possible damage or content liability for the car. I contacted GM directly and it was arranged for me to store the car in my driveway until parts were available. When I attempted to arrange a rental car through them I was informed that one would not be available to Monday. I called the exact same rental place that they deal with and I could have had a car within the hour. I called back and talked with Rino with this information to which he replied "Are you calling me a liar?" Then when I expressed my dissatisfaction with his customer service he then replied "You drive a 2006 Colbalt, have never bought from this dealership, you are not my customer." These are direct quotes from our conversation. So I canceled my service and booked to have my GM serviced elsewhere. I was shocked and taken back by his attitude and I have contacted GM directly about his treatment of a GM customer. More
