His follow up client call was a pleasant surprise in making sure we were happy with our purchase. 2011 Buick Regal Service Dept Warranty Rip Off On August 21, 2014 my wife brought our 2011 Buick in for warranty because the Service Engine Light was on. The Service Adviser Roger Waithe then tries On August 21, 2014 my wife brought our 2011 Buick in for warranty because the Service Engine Light was on. The Service Adviser Roger Waithe then tries to convince my wife that it's due to the Dirty Engine Oil. She didn't know any better so she authorizes an oil change. Then he tries to convince her that the oil is soooo dirty, that the engine needs a crank case flush??? The car only has 49,051KM and it has had regular oil changes. She doesn't know any better when Roger tells her this. Meanwhile the car was 70% through it's oil change cycle (it has a meter like every GM car has had for 10 years+). So we end up paying $181.73 for an oil change and flush that we never needed. Yes, I called the Service Manager and his response was THEY recommend Engine Crankcase Flushes every 50,000KM... what a joke! I wonder where they come up with that line? Bottom line, don't take your GM car to Newroads in Newmarket for Warranty work or Service. (Honestly I never write reviews, but had to this time). More

Great experience from beginning to end Our tired old 2003 Impala has been a fantastic vehicle, but it was overdue for replacement. We had heard great things about the 2014 model and wanted to try it out. At NewRoads, Alex showed us the new Impala, but also gently steered us to some other models. As he correctly pointed out, our family was at a different point than 11 years ago, and the Impala wasn't really the car for us any more. The Cadillac ATS was a comparable price, and we were able to use more of our GM VISA dollars towards leasing the Cadillac than we could have on the Impala. Alex really is a great salesman -- he doesn't push the sale, instead he seeks to understand your needs and gets the car that fits you. When there wasn't an ATS available with the options that exactly fit our needs, and we requested a factory order, he agreed without hesitation that it was the right decision. It was well worth the wait, because we are extremely happy with what we got. Alex took the time to deliver the vehicle to our house, spent a long time (on a Friday afternoon!) going through all the details of the sale, then showed us how to use all the features. He even went through the OnStar registration process with us, and I could tell that the OnStar concierge was also impressed that Alex had taken the time to deliver the car to the house and help us with it. There were so many personal touches that I could go on about, but in the end each of them were because Alex listens to what you are looking for, then delivers. More

Although I was currently driving a 2006 Cadillac CTS I had many questions. I wanted to stay with a Cadillac & hopefully upgrade but move into a smaller vehicle. I was truly shocked when I was told I could take the ATS home & bring it back the next day! Now that is really test driving a vehicle & I loved it. But I still had questions regarding lease or purchase, CTS or ATS, 2012, 2013 or 2014 & I wanted a $$ figure comparison so I could see what the cost would be. Alex was very patient & answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. He is a credit to NewRoads & the Cadillac name!
