If you want to purchase a vehicle for $65,000 that the dealership stands by- don't come here. I bought this vehicle and within two months, my tires are going flat and the sensors are improperly hooked up dealership stands by- don't come here. I bought this vehicle and within two months, my tires are going flat and the sensors are improperly hooked up to incorrect rims. The rims were switched without thinking about the tire sensors being in incorrect positions. You think when you pay $65,000 you would have a vehicle free of issues for at least 90 days. I emailed Anthony on August 31st, did not receive a reply so I emailed Jeff. Jeff forwarded the email back to Anthony and I received a fast reply- I'm assuming Anthony wasn't pleased that I sent it to someone else as well? Well, Anthony says "Out of warranty". I have ALWAYS purchased pre-owned vehicle with around 50-60,000km on it and the vehicles have lasted me at least a year before needing maintenance work such as tires and brakes. I do not believe they completed the safety that they said they did as these tires are unsafe and put on incorrectly. More

Also Stephanie who assisted with financing was great too. As for the dealerships support of these two individuals I was disappointed. I bought a used 2021 XT6. They did a good job taking care of the major body work and detailing but when I brought the car home I had to wipe stains in the cup holder, a crusted substance off my passenger seat, wipe and vacuum the backseat cup holder/storage and a stain on the dash. Also while I was negotiating Elyse had to go to her manager for a couple of things and he never even came to introduce himself. I felt my business was not appreciated. I manage a sales team myself and whenever my input is needed I always come to meet the customer. So for Elyse and Stephanie I give them both 5 stars. For the dealership itself and support staff I give 2 stars. More
