I was told, by this Dealership, a "minor repair" would be covered by warranty. I followed up several months later to see if the part was delivered and then was told it will NOT be covered by warranty. I hate covered by warranty. I hate being lied to and now wonder if the extended warranty is even worth the paper it is written on. I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone. If this is how they handle Minor issues, I dread having to deal with them for a major issue. I hope GM did a good job building this vehicle, because this Dealer does a bad job handling warranty issues. More

I had the most unprofessional experience with new roads GMC today. After much back and forth with one of the sales guys, a test drive, multiple quote negotiations and confirmation on details on the phone a GMC today. After much back and forth with one of the sales guys, a test drive, multiple quote negotiations and confirmation on details on the phone and by email, we went in today to drop off our deposit. We agreed on a price with the quote in front of us, we gave him the ownership of our current vehicle and visa for the deposit in hand and he came back within a matter of minutes with a completely different quote that added an extra an 10k price tag. And the only explanation was that the agreed upon quote was a system error and this was the new correct price. I spoke to a floor manager, Darius, who gave little help and was completely apathetic towards what happened. I see the owner is quick to respond, I would really appreciate being contacted More
