We are so disappointed with this dealership. Our experience was awful. When the general manager was contacted, this response was "I don't see the possibility of a positive outcome so I'm not helping experience was awful. I loved the Outlander but I would NEVER purchase one from this dealership. Stay away, this dealership cannot be trusted... AND the place was packed! They did not practise social distancing, not everyone wore a mask and well over the recommended number of staff crowded into the staff room without masks against the recommendations of the Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Henry, for Covid 19 safe practises. In the year since I purchased my 2019 Outlander GT, i have been treated well, from DJ and Dez who answered all my questions, to Hermon the legend himself, who cut me the deal I wanted for me to fall in my budget, plus he hooked me up with the whip he had alot of extras put on like 3M wrap, Thule rack, emblems, floor mats, ECT.. the wizard Liam, thank you for getting me a great interest rate for the financing, and big thanks to Victor the OG double OG, triple OG in the service department whos been there a decade! Thank you for the great service and the honesty , all the service guys are top guns, they don't try to sell you the winter air, or headlight oil flush, muffler flush, or wallet flush. I recommend them, but do your homework on what you want, and can afford, then you will have a good negotiation and lifelong dealership with staff that know your name, can't beat that! More

Shaddy salesman...lie cheat and steal. Dont buy a car from these guys. I agreed to a fair price but my copy of the paperwork doesnt reflect that price. WILL SCREW YOU GOOD No stars would be better. Got a call from them when I applied for a car and the guy was overly pushie and messaging me or calling every chance he got, No stars would be better. After I said see what I can get as like a preapproval he hammered my credit hard with 5 different financial companys within 5 days, its royally screwed my credit just cuz they wanna try n screw you out of more money.
