To be honest, I have only looked at the new vehicles in their lot but I noticed a dealer charge attached to the MSRP invoice in window for additional 1650.00 to include smaller items such as floor mats, wh their lot but I noticed a dealer charge attached to the MSRP invoice in window for additional 1650.00 to include smaller items such as floor mats, wheel locks, nitrogen in tires plus a few other small things. I am sure it is optional but feel the dealer is out to rip off any unsuspecting individuals with this charge. Shame on them to even think that this is an honest way to operate. No way in xxxx the items cost dealer more than 300.00. Again, shameful on their part. More
We bought a new Outlander from Nanaimo Mitsubishi and they have been awesome. We had to wait to to take our vehicle as our insurance claim took a bit of time so when our rental ran out-they gave us a cou they have been awesome. Picked up our new vehicle and within less than 2 days had to return as our vehicle had a flat tire due to the state of our highway. We were at dealership late but they gave us another courtesy car until ours was fixed! I am very happy to recommend this dealership to anyone. More

DO NOT a deal with these guys…. They will bury you and ruin your credit! Nothing but lies and misleading statements. Justin Hesketh is a scam artist!!! He is rude and lies through his Gucci belt… told that our interest was zero percent (pre approved) then it goes to 4.9%. When I checked paperwork couple weeks later it was 8.2! Thank pal! Now the vehicle has been repo’d as we couldn’t afford it. Should have never been approved in the first place. He made it look as if we put 12,000 down on it to make the deal happen without us knowing. This guy should be fired!!!! We were about to buy a house which I mentioned to them and now we are xxxxed. Secondly, do NOT buy an OUTLANDER EV. Stupidest, worst vehicle ever made. Only 22km on electric power. They told me you can get up to 2000km on a tank of gas!! Found out later, only if your entire life is within 22km of your home. Not what we were told. Not to mention, the outlander is the most overpriced outdated platform on the market!!! Garbage for 67,000$. Do you self a favor and buy a real vehicle…. Doesn’t even come with embedded GPS system. I could go on for a lot longer but I think you get the picture! Don’t go here! You’ve been warned. More
This place is a nightmare. Did incorrect paperwork and claimed it wasnt their fault (okay?) Took months to fix. Then found even more mistakes. Never once received an apology. They are short and rude. Do not purchase from here!!! I have been lied to for 4 months about getting money back, so had to contact the GM to have it resolved. Then booked an oil change and they forgot to order my oil filter, so I months about getting money back, so had to contact the GM to have it resolved. Then booked an oil change and they forgot to order my oil filter, so I had to re-book. I re-booked and 3 days prior to my oil change I was told I didn't have free lifetime oil changes. I had to gather all my texts, email msgs and signed paperwork to prove I was entitled to it. I've had nothing but the run around since day one with this company. They are awful and it seems I'm not the only one who's had awful experiences, as I've read all of the internet. Do your research before doing business with this company!! More
