Our initial experience was great. After purchasing the vehicle, our experience with the dealership was extremely awful. When we purchased the vehicle it was not detailed but was assured they would take care of it. Brought it back a couple days later and they cleaned the vehicle which was really required. They claimed they did a safety inspection, which seems to me that they just did a visual check. After removing the seat covers that where on the vehicle, the front seats where filthy. Car had scratches all over, which was not noticed because it was dirty, the belt made noise when the vehicle was started, the rear brake light cover was missing, the small button by the gear shifter was missing. Took all these issues back to the dealer and was advised by the service department that they needed to replace the serpentine belt and would get back to us. 1 week later and i finally had to call the dealer to see what was going to happen. I was advised that the sales manager had refused the replacement of the serpentine belt. He had stated that it’s noisy and does not require replacing. Service department said it needed replacing but the sales manager does not feel that he needs to replace it. We were assured that we would get all the documentation for all the additional protection we had purchased, 1 week later we had received nothing. They claim to take care of the customer, what a farce. I feel that the Mitsubishi Nanaimo is only willing to be courteous before the sale and put you by the wayside after the sale. I didn’t realize that the sales manager was a qualified technician to make a mechanical call. I was very firm with Roland and told him to figure it out and get back to me. 2 days later and no one has called me back including the sales manager who is suppose to rectify situations. The worst customer service to date and I work in the retail industry. Regardless of the situation, the sales person and/or sales manager should at least make an effort to rectify this situation. I would never recommend or shop at any of your dealerships and will definitely be spreading the word, including the BBB, as to how poor our experience has been and lack of customer care after the sale. More

I bought a 2022 outlander after owning it for one day, I decided it wasn’t the one for me so I took it back and I got a different one. no questions asked no hassle no problem. Sales people and finance peopl decided it wasn’t the one for me so I took it back and I got a different one. no questions asked no hassle no problem. Sales people and finance people very easy to deal with. On the first full day of ownership I got a flat tire and when I called roadside emergency they said that they would only be able to tow the vehicle not fix the tire on the roadside which was not what I was told by the dealership but they towed the vehicle about 50 km the next morning the vehicle was fixed by Mitsubishi free of charge because the tire was under warranty More
The salesman who sold me my new car and traded in my old car lied to me. Offered to pay the full amount of my financing and some extra on top as that type of car is in demand. Seeing as I received a cash offer a week prior, for a similar amount, I didn't think it was odd at all. Both my wife and I sat in his office as he made these promises and shook my hand. He promised to detail the car and fill it up with gas. After 4 hours at the lot I left in a dirty new car with a quarter tank of gas. A week later I receive a call as they forgot to take my deposit and wanted my credit card details. I then asked to make sure of the deal as my loan with the bank had not been paid yet. The financial manager (gentleman who called me) then told me that he isn't aware of it and would take a look into it. I still haven't heard anything back. Funny thing is the salesman ended up buying my car for less than half of what I told my wife I would sell it for. More

This is my second vehicle I have bought with them and I will not be back! Totally broke my trust. The sales department will do anything to make a sale including selling a vehicle with issues that they clai will not be back! Totally broke my trust. The sales department will do anything to make a sale including selling a vehicle with issues that they claim to have done an inspection on. In this case it was my breaks. Started squeaking mildly a couple weeks after purchasing but I thought it must be just a belt or something not too important cause I JUST bought the vehicle and they did their inspection on it. It was very mild, I don’t live in Nanaimo and I work full time with three kids; so I didn’t take it in right away. Cut to a few months down the road and the squeaking got really bad and I finally found time to call in and explain the issue. The service department did a great job getting me in and handling the whole thing with care and consideration. Unfortunately though it was up to the service department if they were going to cover it. I dropped it off at 10am, wishing a couple hours they had figured out it was the breaks and the service department said they talked to sales but they didn’t want to cover the cost of the service needed ($400approx). So they put me through to speak to the GM directly. The GM seemed to care when I was on the phone and I politely explained why I felt this should be covered by them since I clearly bought it with this issue and only drive 5min to work daily so there’s no way they should be in this condition this fast. He told me he would look into it and call me back. An HOUR later he still hadn’t called back it’s now 3hrs since I dropped off my vehicle and I still don’t know what happening. I call them back get through to a different GM and long story short had to practically pull teeth to get them to cover $200 worth of the service. This whole event took up my entire day, 10am-4pm and cost me $350. I will not be back. The only positive take away was the care that the service team put into everything. Might be because of the new location they are running things differently but I use to have trust in them as a company and would have stayed loyal, but my trust was completely shattered by this experience.
