Disgusting place , super sleazy salesman work here. Would stay away. Went in here the other day to be insulted as my job title (butcher) I guess isn't up to the buying standards of Nanaimo Chrysler, Would stay away. It's hard even giving it a single star. 1 I have highest best warranty threw dealership 2 I ask for tires to be ordered for my tire & rim warranty, they order me wrong tires and make me p 1 I have highest best warranty threw dealership 2 I ask for tires to be ordered for my tire & rim warranty, they order me wrong tires and make me pay when they can't do job propper, they reset my computer when changed tire, now they cause my car stop auto stopping, 3 mechanical failure 4 I ask for my car to be in shop to get check engine light off, they tell me technicians not in, they can't even reschedule 5 they put nanaimo plate covers on my car and strip them with screws 6 I ask for them to be removed due to they can't perform a tire job propper or they screw someone's car up by stripping screws waisting my time and $$ quote me 800$ for a hitch when I get one for $150. My best recommendations goto a better dealership, this company has some terrible mechanics or terrible service attendance. I pay for best highest warranty and this company is being cheap not wanting cooperate. List could go on, tell me you'd give me deal if I recommend someone, and you gave me 0 value. Thanks I'd like to know if you want pay me $$ having your name on my car, I don't like representing bad dealerships that lack communication that aren't very good at dealing with buisnuiss. Otherwise, I'd like you remove your bad signage and remove the stripped screws. More

Spent $110,000 on a brand new 2019 truck, did not get the options I asked for after waiting 3 month for the truck to arrive. Service has totally sucked!! Paid for life time oil change with an extra $1000 for options I asked for after waiting 3 month for the truck to arrive. Service has totally sucked!! Paid for life time oil change with an extra $1000 for synthetic, all good, but I have now moved from Nanaimo and the oil change package I paid for is only with their dealership and can’t be transferred to the city I need it. Would have been nice to know this before I paid all that money!!!! I do not recommend dealing with Nanaimo Chrysler in any way shape or form!!!! More

A huge rave to the service department, and Paula specifically, in the service department.
