A huge rave to the service department, and Paula specifically, in the service department. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service from a dealership service department before (and I have been driving a long time) I will never go anywhere else again. Purchased a 2021 Jeep from this dealership and immediately it required servicing for some critical issues which was disappointing but what was even more disappointing was the poor service we recei immediately it required servicing for some critical issues which was disappointing but what was even more disappointing was the poor service we received while trying to resolve these issues. Either the service department flat out did not return my calls to book an appointment or would mislead me with false timelines and misdiagnosis. It’s unclear whether it’s lack of competence or just a blatant disregard for proper customer service. Would sincerely warn anyone looking to purchase a vehicle that this dealership is not the route to take if you want to have a respectable experience. More

Contacted this dealership through their "text message" feature asking about a build date for one of their used vehicles. After multiple messages and repeated salesman games, they informed me that I needed to call the sales office if I needed any questions answered. A complete waste of time and nothing but a scam to get your information so they can spam email you relentlessly. Don't waste your time here, there are plenty of honest dealerships' that are not going to play games and waste your time. More

When it came time to negotiate the price of the truck we were happy with the pricing, with the trade in that we were offered for our old truck and with the extras that were included in the deal. Craig was easy to talk to and understood exactly what we were looking for in a truck right down to the special gear ratio for pulling a trailer. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend Craig and the team if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. The only reason I am not giving a 5 is the whole up sale thing when you think you have finished your negotiations and go to pay for the purchase they want to sell you more warranty, undercoating, etc. That needs to be brought into the initial negotiation. In fairness all dealerships do it, but that doesn't mean it is right. More

I never write customer reviews, but I really felt I needed to in this case. to tell the truth I had many serious concerns throughout the buying process and almost backed out of the deal. But I feel I was treated fairly, that all the departments in the dealership acted with sincerity to make a fair deal for all parties. I have since had interactions with the service department and found them to be forthright and knowledgeable. Highly recommend talking to the staff at Nanaimo Chrysler if you are thinking of getting a new car. More
Very disappointed with my last service. $170 to diagnose an issue that I told them was the problem. They had to order the part in and charged another $170 to install it. I could go on with more issues and h an issue that I told them was the problem. They had to order the part in and charged another $170 to install it. I could go on with more issues and how I believe they responded poorly when challenged.... but I will let it pass. My response is simple. I will find another dealership to service my vehicle. More
