They wanted the same price for one unit as the price for a 10 pack (part # 68189904AA) The single unit, (part #04893442AA). costs $4.65 and they wanted to charge me $43.90! My mechanic knew I was being over charged and explained that to the service parts dept, (and that the overcharge was confirmed with another Chrysler dealership) but they would not admit it or adjust the price to what it should have been. This is terrible and anyone reading this should be worried about the integrity of an organization that 1. knowingly overcharges customers X 10 2.) Denies they're doing it when caught. I was considering buying a vehicle here but not now. More

My journey with this dealership started almost 1 year ago and to date, I still do not have resolution to my request. The management team turns over at this dealership faster than the speed of light. What was promised by the initial sales manager, who was all of a sudden gone 3 weeks after the purchase of my vehicle, now was not to be honoured even though I had text messages and pictures to prove everything. It was even documented on the service report from a separate issue that also had slipped by them. I was a repeat and loyal customer however I would definitely NOT recommended dealing with this dealership anymore. More

This was not a bad experience — it was a complete betrayal of trust. The salesperson BRANDON seemed nice at first, but everything was scripted lies to close the deal. Took my 2022 Ecodiesel in after the injector pump failed after pump had previously had been changed on a recall. Told me that dyed fuel was the cause and tried to charge me. Brandon, who I believe is quite new to the business, was very good to deal with!! He was very polite, quite knowledgeable but when in doubt he had no hesitation to find out the answers!
