Thank you for your feed back ....we need it to help us improve our process and procedures going forward. I’m sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the service department. They normally schedule drop off times not times when work will start on your car so this could be the root cause of your frustrating day. I looked into the brake work that was recommended and it was a servicing of the rear brakes not a complete brake job.
