I have been researching cars and dealerships in the Kanata area for the past 4 years in preparation for my 70th birthday purchase of a new car. I own a 2003 Hyundai XG350 and have been extremely happy with its performance and the service I received along the way. Originally all work was done at the Bells Corners facility and when they opened their new site in Kanata, and they took my favourite technician, Andrew, I switched my allegiance to follow someone I trusted. Along the way I also met Eli Nesrallah with whom I formed a close bond. He has been after my wife and I to buy a new car for the past several years and I finally said "yes". I picked up that car today and look forward to 10 more years of happy driving. More

My wife and I have been in the market for a long time searching for a second car to alleviate all the conflicts that a typical family experiences with three children, one with special needs (and all the appointments and therapy associated with that), another in hockey and a 5 year old who is just learning how to skate. Our family budget is very tight and we were not comfortable buying a used car, as we wanted something reliable that we can trust. An old friend of mine, Alex Lawrence, a sales consultant with your dealership, talked me into considering an Elantra as the answer to my quest for a second vehicle. He promised me an excellent deal and fabulous service. I live in Orleans, but I decided to make the journey to Kanata and see for myself what Alex and Myers Kanata Hyundai had to offer. He did not disappoint and my letter to you today is an expression of that sentiment. The 2013 Elantra GT is an absolutely fabulous vehicle. In terms of bang for your buck, it is second to none. In terms of service, I must commend Alex, Chris MacCready and all the staff at Myers Kanata Hyundai for making my purchase a comfortable and pleasant experience. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, or worse, be up-sold a product I did not want. Your staff was very conscientious of my budget constraint and family reality. Perhaps the most memorable experience was when I was accidently given the wrong second set of keys, and upon telling this to Alex, he insisted on driving all the way to my house in Orleans to hand me the right set of keys – now that is what I call awesome service! In closing, I wish to inform you that I have boasted to my family and friend the fabulous products, deals and service offered by your dealership. It was because for the first time in my car buying experience I was not pressured nor was I cornered into buying something I either did not need or I did not want. All because of Alex Lawrence, my sale associate. From the moment I walked into the door with a friendly smile and a hand shake to the final hand shake when the deal was made, I felt at ease and some thing about Alex made me comfortable. Also Hyundai was able to give me a reasonable trade for my truck. Alex was very honest with me and did not beat around the bush. I am a no nonsense kind of guy and I was given no nonsense. Alex was quite professional and knowledgeable which made it easy to appreciate all the different models which were good for me as well as the financing and the final deal. When I first picked up my car there was a flaw that I wanted fixed. It was cosmetic rather than mechanical but Myers totally empathized. Ben in Sales and Matt in Service were phenomenal. They went to bat for me and made sure that the fix was done promptly and properly. It could not have gone any better. Not only was it nice to know that my salesman would continue to look after me once I drove off the new car lot, but he would personally talk to the Service dept on my behalf. Even when I went to drop off and pick up my car, Ben was there to make sure that all went well. Matt in Service was also very professional and very eager to make sure that the experience was positive. On top of it all, Myers washes your car whenever it is in being serviced. That never happened at my last car dealer. In my books Meyers Kanata can do no wrong. Thank you! More

This was the first time I've purchased a new car on my own and Chris was very patient and informative. He was not pushy in the least and truly made this an excellent experience. I was provided a fair trade in price for my used vehicle and my Elantra GT was delivered on time just as Chris said it would be. Chris contacted me after I picked up my car to ensure I was happy with my purchase and to ask if I had any questions. He booked my first oil change the day I picked up my car and introduced me to the service dept. staff. I was referred to this dealership and I was referred to Chris Beer. I am SO happy I asked for him because Chris was awesome and I will definitely recommend Kanata Hyundai and Chris Beer to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a car. I have never owned a Hyundai before but I am definitely a Hyundai owner for life now! Thank you Chris Beer for making this important and expensive purchase so easy and worry free!! More
I recently purchased a 2013 Santa Fe awd from your dealership. There certainly has been many positive changes in the design &features compared to the 2009 I traded in .I might add I was most impresse dealership.
