You then step into the service advisors' area to relay to him what needs to be done to your car. I have found the service advisors to be very knowledge about the Infinitis. If you haven't made arrangements for a loaner, your next stop is in the very comfortable and clean waiting area, which measures up to what you would expect from the outside appearance of the whole building.
