Prices are a bit high. Too many diagnostic charges. There should be a base fee for the first diagnostic fee followed by a reduced fee for other. It difficult to pay $249.95 More

Really bad service. First time I went to see them, because I had a problem with my car QX50 2019 they said they will call me when the part is in. After 2 month I call to ask if received. They said sorry you gotta come back 15 hours drive, because the Mechanician they had left Myer for another place and they cannot find the part number he had order. I go back paying hotel and gaz for that part. They call me saying they receive the part. Booking again with them. The part not working. So they need to order another part .. I made many calls at infinity Canada. Finally after a 6th time coming to Myer and talking with Tina from Nissan Canada they had the part. Because June 5th Matt calls to say, he sold the part to someone else. And they knew I was booked for June 6th. Tina from Infiniti Canada told them to be sure the part was there by Friday. Cause I booked a hotel the Thursday. Finally the part was there. A hour everything was done. Instead of all the other times waiting 6-7-8 hours. I ask Taylor why do fast this time. He said because no booking for tires. They knew I was 15 hours from them and really not care. Got my new part June 7th drove back home and a hour after, I had the same problem. No key detective .. Really they are bad, and poor Mohamed wanted to sale me a new car. Saying you’ll not have any issue anymore lol I said with all that xxxx coming here a 6th time never I’ll buy or give a dime to Myer. Both John, Matt are terrible. As for Taylor poor him he’s doing what manger tells him to do. We can see he feels bad.
