Overall great experience, and absolutely love the vehicle. We managed to obtain the exact model/trim we sought after, and thus far are very much pleased. MYERS INFINTI TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG WOMEN. August of 2022 I looked at a Used vehicle at Myers Infiniti, I was on the fence about it so I never went back, I received a phone call from the ma August of 2022 I looked at a Used vehicle at Myers Infiniti, I was on the fence about it so I never went back, I received a phone call from the manager of the dealership where he told me they worked hard to get me this vehicle so I should come back and just try it one more time, so because I was in desperate need of one since mine was written off after hitting a deer, and was paying for a rental, I went to see this vehicle again, I ended up purchasing the vehicle. A 2018 Ford Escape, I was told it was in perfect condition, no issues, brand new tires all the good stuff they tell you to get you to buy the car. August 15th 2022- I picked up my Vehicle I drove from Infiniti to the 416 to head home which is about 10km from the dealership, while merging onto the highway the vehicle stopped accelerating leaving me stranded in rush hour on the side on the road. I called the dealership they came and got the car, said it was a fuel pump sensor and they fixed it. I told them I no longer wanted the car and they said I had to take it it wasn’t an option. So I picked my car back up 2 days later, when driving home I realized my heat shield was dragging so back I went so they could secure that back on. November 17th 2022- issue number 2 occurred, while driving home from Luke combs concert my car did the same thing where it stopped accelerating and shut down on me. I took it back to Myers and they said it was the cam shaft, so they replaced all of that. That left me without a vehicle for 26 days. June 1st- While driving down the 417 my engine blew, I had to pay a tow truck and took the car right back to Myers once again, they did not answer my emails or phone calls for 4 days and it took my father getting involved and calling 4 times in a row before they finally spoke to him. They replaced the whole engine, which took 37 days, so I was once again without a car and not given a loaner. Upon picking up my car I got home opened my trunk to see the whole under shield of my car was in my backseat, and when driving the car it was shifting weirdly so once again back my car went to have the shield reinstalled and to see why the car wasn’t shifting properly. I was told there’s nothing wrong and to come pick up my car, that took 2 days. September 25- here we are again, my transmission is blown, almost like I could have seen that coming when I told them months ago about the shifting issue that they brushed off. I’ve been sold a lemon of a car but they will no do anything about it and once again trying to get ahold of them and they don’t help. That’s a total of 69 days and counting of not having a vehicle that I’m still paying for!! So if you’re thinking about buying a car especially if you’re doing it on your own and a women DONT GO TO MYERS INFINTI More
