Getting warrantied repairs approved was very difficult and required a two month delay and direct contact with the general manager and Infiniti Canada. It's distressing that the product is defective, but the lack of concern and customer service from Infiniti is unforgivable for a brand that labels itself luxury. I will return this car at the end of the lease (one year from now) and will never return to Infiniti or Myers, and recommend you look at the many excellent luxury and luxury-entry options available and steer clear of this dealer and Infiniti. The whole process is exhausting and time wasting. On top of that they keep adding stuff to your bill which you don't even need. And if you cancel, their behaviour becomes uncivilized. More

First you have to wait for ever to reach a human beeing, if you book on line, their reservation system does record your booking. They don't carry parts on stock for AC and one has to follow-up to find-out when the part will arrive and book another appointment. Where did the good staff go? Should I buy a new Infiniti? This is my sixth car and loved everything when it was Tony Graham. More
Refused service after booking online appointment Went to the dealer today and was turned away. The online appointment I made last week wasn't in their system, they said, so I had to re book. No eff Went to the dealer today and was turned away. The online appointment I made last week wasn't in their system, they said, so I had to re book. No effort to get the work done today, not even to change my tires. To me, if your system fails, it is your fault and it becomes your problem. Myers thinks it should be mine. Not acceptable. More

Most of the good staff were let go, or quit, and out of my first 3 service appointments with them, I had nothing but problems.. 1. no Infiniti tech to service my vehicle, 2. no loaner as promised, and then the service department forgot to notify the shuttle of my pick-up (wasted an extra 4 hours of my day). 3. wanted to charge me an extra $40 above the quoted cost to swap my tires, because they claimed that the OEM run-flats did not come on car!?!? I can't comment on the sales department, however, service has been a nightmare for me.. My Infiniti has recently been traded for another vehicle, and I'm very happy that I will never have to deal with them again! More
