I decided to stay in that dealership. Then Debbie came and said she was there to make sure "I was gonna leave with a big smile". After a negotition we closed the deal. I mentioned to Kevin that I'd need the work completed by end of day 5:00pm since I lived in downtown Toronto , and worked just down the street. by the time a I arrived at the office, Kevin called with the assessment and the price. By lunchtime I relieved a followup call from Kevin telling me the work was complete. When I went to pick up my dodge, he was prompt and curtious as was the staff at the counter where I completed the transaction for the service. I would like to add one more thing, as much as the work on the truck was done fast, it was done right, with no issues recurring. Thank you for the great expirence! More
