They gave us a really good price for our Journey, which helped us to afford the Jeep. They gave the Jeep accessories that we needed like the gps navigation and more for free. Plus we got a Master Chef barbecue =) as well! Cool! Zafar Siddiqui was our agent. Steve, his boss, was very generous. And Muhammed, our finance officer, was very helpful as well. We met a few others in this dealership, like Johnny & Jessie, who assisted us in one shape or form. And the dealership was also very helpful in servicing our Journey. More

A Big Difference I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200c from the Brampton Chrysler location in January. After being scammed by one of the salesman that was selling me the ca I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200c from the Brampton Chrysler location in January. After being scammed by one of the salesman that was selling me the car and after getting a recall notice in the mail, I wasn't really too happy and didn't really have high hopes for the company to turn around my customer experience. I was just waiting for the "what's going to happen next??". Trying to keep an open mind, because I do love the actual performance of the car and the design, I called the Brampton dealership which first of all, the receptionist was very rude. I was a little nervous as it is my first recall experience and first personal car, I wasn't really too sure what needed to be done and the procedure for this. After not receiving any information, I called the salesman that sold the car to me. I was told to call a number & speak to service. The service representative was extremely rude as well. She told me the recall will take half a day and I could not be shuttled to work as it was out of the 10 km radius. I explained this is very inconvenient and will not work for me because I will need to get to work. No other options were given to me. I was trying to think of a way I could get dropped off, however I just moved out of the area of my family & friends, it was very inconvenient & difficult to try to get someone to make time to drive an hour (in rush hour) just to pick me up & drop me off to work. I looked into public transit would have taken 3 hours each way... A little distraught, I called the salesman back, he explained I could go to the location on Erin Mills & gave me the address & phone number. I called the Erin Mills location, again the receptionist and the one at service were even more rude than the last location. I was kind of frightened to talk to them as they were so impolite. I found out from this location I was also out of the radius by a couple KM's and the shuttle only started at 8 am, however I would need to be at work for 8. I started to regret purchasing the car from Chrysler. It all just seemed like such a hassle and aggravating process to try to get information and schedule an appointment for the recall. I was really upset and dissatisfied with the lack of good customer service and general help! Especially because I am in the customer service business and have been for the past 9+ years. It was extremely frustrating & I actually gave up for the day. The next day, after sharing my experience with my coworker, he mentioned there was a location on Battleford that he had gone to before, was much closer to my place of work & it had been good service. Here I am thinking... "Why wasn't I told about this location in the first place when I literally gave the service representatives the address of where I work??" *From there, I called Parkway Chrysler where I spoke to a representative there named Keyah. She was extremely genuine and apologetic for my experience, informative and was very happy to assist. She made everything seem like it was so easy. She was very quick, kind, and knowledgeable. She explained the recall would only take a couple hours and had a shuttle that could take me to work on time because it started at 7 am !! She was absolutely wonderful and completely turned my terrible experience into a good one. I had forgotten to ask a question about the engine coolant level when I dropped my car off, so when I came to pick up my car, I wanted to ask it. I ended up meeting Keyah and she went above & beyond to get the information I needed, even though the location was quite busy. It is absolutely astonishing to see how different the service is between locations although the same company. I was so shocked at how completely different the 3 locations were; like night & day. I will be returning to Parkway Chrysler in the near future for the rest of my car maintenance & needs. More
Shocking Experience!!! I went with a friend to test drive and purchase a 2015 Challenger. When it came time to talk numbers the sales rep had an offer sheet and we gave a nu I went with a friend to test drive and purchase a 2015 Challenger. When it came time to talk numbers the sales rep had an offer sheet and we gave a number roughly $2000.00 less then the sticker price. I clearly asked if there was any extra costs. the rep only mentioned lic fees nothing else even when i asked a 2nd time, he said no other charges.. The rep came back from talking with his manager with, get this $2000.00 more then the sticker price and extra costs for tint and admin fees that added up to another $1100.00. I was shocked, clearly the rep not being up front with costs when being asked was disappointing. The reason for the price increase according to the rep was due to dealer cost increase that he wasn't aware of????. We Decided to leave as this did not feel right, the manager came out after we had been maybe waiting 5 mins to get back my friends lic & credit card. The manager made us an offer which was our original offer, but get this!!!!!! he would have to buy/register the car in his name then sell to my friend as a used car?????? Something didn't seem right not only after the price increase but now the current offer was/seemed very sneaky as if there was a catch to it... Not wanting to find out the catch was, we asked a second time for my friends lic & Credit card at which time the manager said "we are walking away from a deal of a lifetime" as he handed the cards back and we proceeded to walk out.... We didn't even make out of the parking spot and the rep was at our vehicles pleading as asking us if we didn't appreciate the time he had invested in my friend. Clearly the rep/manager did not care our time that was wasted and also insulting us by stating we are walking away from a deal of lifetime???? I tried to explain to the rep the issue and the rep didn't seem to care what i had to say, seemed more concerned about his own time. I consider myself a Sales Professional and have been proud to provide great service and after sales support for the last 9 yrs in my industry... This incident gives great sales reps/managers who strive to provide professional consulting and support a real bad reputation... We are currently purchasing the car from another dealer, and Phew what a difference the level of Professionalism & Respect has been.. "Getting a great deal doesn't always mean the lowest price" More

MY WIFE AND I HAD ALMOST GIVEN UP ON BUYING A NEW SUV, BUT AS SOON AS WE PULLED UP IN OUR CAR THERE WAS IVAN, HE GREETED US TO THE DEALERSHIP AND MADE MY WIFE AND I HAD ALMOST GIVEN UP ON BUYING A NEW SUV, BUT AS SOON AS WE PULLED UP IN OUR CAR THERE WAS IVAN, HE GREETED US TO THE DEALERSHIP AND MADE US FEEL WELCOME. WE WERE NOT EVEN SHURE OF WHAT SUV TO TRY TO PURCHASE. NEW OR USED. THIS GUY SPENT AT LEAST THREE HOURS WITH US AND NEVER TRIED TO LEAD US TOWARDS ANY PARTICULAR SUV. HE WANTED US TO BE HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE. WE EXPECTED A LOT OF OPTIONS TO BE EXACLY WHAT WE WANTED. ONE PREFERANCE WE HAD WAS LEATHER SEATS. HE OFFERD US LEATHER SEATS IN ANY COLOUR ON ANY SUV ,AS WELL AS SUNROOF. ONCE MY WIFE FOUND OUT WE COULD HAVE RED LEATHER SEATS INSTALLED RIGHT AT PARKWAY IT REALY HELPED OUR DECISION,AND IT WAS AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.NO OTHER DEALERSHIP EVEN OFFERS THIS,WHICH IN MY MIND MAKES THIS A VERY SPECIAL PLACE.OTHER DEALERSHIPS JUST TRY TO UPSELL YOU TO A MORE EXPENSIVE MODEL THAT WOULD COST ABOUT $8000.00 TO $1O,000.00 MORE. WE NEVER ONCE FELT PRESSURED TO BUY ANYTHING.I MYSELF HAVE WORKED IN SALES,AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT IVAN DECKOVSKI IS REALY A TOP NOTCH PERSON.AFTER WE HAD MADE OUR CHOICE IVAN INTRODUCED US TO EDWIN LEE FOR FINANCING. THIS GUY IS ALSO VERY TRAINED AT GETTING HIS WORK DONE.WE ONLY LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AT ABOUT 8:00PM AND HE SENT US OUR FINANCE APROVALL EMAIL AT 9:35PM. WOW ! Over the years, we have been customers at a variety of dealerships in the west end of the Greater Toronto Area, and we moved between dealerships until we found Parkway Chrysler. It has been a pleasure to have someone as friendly and knowledgeable as Hubert Ho working on our behalf to help us find the best fit of options for our needs, while also conveying a strong sense of fair treatment when presenting a financial proposal. As returning customers, my partner and I were welcomed much like happens to family, and this was conveyed by Hubert as the salesperson, Edwin Lee for paperwork, and the General Manager, Debbie Sguigna. The purchase transaction was efficient, and the delivery of the vehicle was next day - with everything in perfect order.
