I was right to do so. Sales representative Kevin Brisson knows his product and is a good, decent honest person. When I detected a minor problem (crack in the washer fluid tank) several days after purchase, Kevin and Dave Farley (in Service) immediately went after it. There was no discussion as to whether they were obliged to do so in terms of the sale agreement: they just fixed it because they said it was 'the right thing to do.'When buying a used vehicle, it's particularly important to be able to trust the dealer - and based on my experience, you can do that with full confidence in people like Kevin, Dave and the whole Parkway team. More

THE ATMOSPHERE/ENERGY IN THERE IS AMAZING! today we went into Parkway Chrysler to look for a jeep Cherokee. Instantly we were greeted by a gentleman named Hubert. Within a minute and a half we today we went into Parkway Chrysler to look for a jeep Cherokee. Instantly we were greeted by a gentleman named Hubert. Within a minute and a half we were also greeted by a gentleman with a ton of energy named Marco he is the sales manager followed by a lady who was such a joy to be around named Debbie who is the general manager. Marco and Debbie did not try to sell us a vehicle but rather make sure that we were comfortable. This was the first dealership of seven that we were greeted by a sales manager and also a general manager. At all The other locations the managers and general managers were nowhere to be found. As we were proceeding to find out some figures and monthly payments after the test drive we were in the show room where we even saw the sales manager Marco running around to visit all the other customers in the showroom full of energy and laughter and smiles this man make sure everybody was attended to. The atmosphere and energy inside this dealership was so much fun that songs were coming on the radio and everybody from sales managers to general manager to the sales staff were dancing along singing and having fun enjoying themselves at work which also made our process a lot more fun and enjoyable. I wanted to pull up myself phone and take a video just to prove how much fun it was to be inside that dealership. If I can recommend anybody to make a stop and go see the people at Parkway Chrysler I am telling you their customer service will bar none be the best that you ever come across inside the dealership. When talking with us they kept referring to us as their guests not customers or clients like the other dealerships that and that's exactly what we felt like guests in their home and it made us feel extremely comfortable during this entire process. I want to think Hubert, Debbie and that ball of energy Marco for such a great purchasing experience . Everyone go give them a shot! We heard they were under new management and when we got there we were completely blown away thinking wherever this owner grabbed these three people from, he found himself a winning team . More

Excellent Salesman Hubert Ho I recently purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300s and dealt with Hubert Ho in sales. This is the second time I have purchased a used car from Parkway Chrysler I recently purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300s and dealt with Hubert Ho in sales. This is the second time I have purchased a used car from Parkway Chrysler and both times Hubert has been outstanding. He knew what I was looking for and contacted me as soon as the vehicle was on their lot. Hubert is very knowledgeable in his field and answered all my questions. He was a gentleman and did not rush me into buying a vehicle. He was calm and methodical and made sure I understood the process and did his utmost to make me and more importantly my wife feel comfortable! We were very happy with the vehicle,price and Hubert. We will certainly go back to Parkway Chrysler and Hubert Ho. We are fortunate to have met him and Parkway Chrysler are very fortunate to have him as an employee. Thanks Hubert. More

WASTE OF TIME I was looking into financing a car a couple of months ago. I came into contact with Katherine Lennox from Parkway Chrysler. The first day I talked to I was looking into financing a car a couple of months ago. I came into contact with Katherine Lennox from Parkway Chrysler. The first day I talked to Katherine I made it perfectly clear that I did not have the best of credit and that I wanted to buy a car directly from a Hyundai Dealership. I also went on to explain that I only needed help with the financing aspect of things and she assured me she could help me with this. I told her that I am confident that I can afford a car because I have 2 stable jobs. She then told me that I need to verify my income so I gathered all my pay stubs and documents needed to verify that I did actually have the income that I said I did. After gathering all of this stuff which took me about a week to find and fax everything she asks me to come in and choose a car on her lot. I TOLD HER FROM THE BEGINNING I JUST NEED HELP WITH FINANCING I WANT TO BUY MY CAR BRAND NEW FROM A HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP. Once she realized that she could not convince me to buy a used car from one of the dealerships that she works with she stopped answering my calls and ignoring my emails and texts. Why am I choosing a car if I haven't even found out with I got approved for financing yet?! And I find this thoroughly disgusting that a business person just totally ignores a client. She literally just disappeared and I never heard from her again!! Do I smell a scam? The whole situation was just extremely disgusting. I would never ever ever ever recommend dealing with Parkway Chrysler in Mississauga!!! They are unprofessional and scammers!!! More
