He was interested in determining our needs and made suggestions thereupon. He also offered useful commentary of the vehicle during our test drive. We also interacted with sales managers Steve Chemkov and Marty Anderson, who were helpful in finalizing the purchase, keeping payments within our budget, and ensuring that we were satisfied. Mohammed Khan thoroughly reviewed the available protection packages (warranties, rust-proofing, etc.) and was very prompt with follow-up calls. Aug/15/2015 July/27/2015 July/10/2015 June/05/2015 April/20/2015 There was a problem that occurred four times as shown above but was never solved. On, 15 August 2015 tried to contact Parkway Chrysler reception on 17th August 2015 @ 13.55 transferred to manager but he was on vacation then, I was transferred to service adviser which was again transferred to voice mail service and I was told to leave a message twice, but till date have not received any response. Called again on 18 August 2015 for service adviser and left a voice message. Trying to book an appointment as they were busy, the receptionist also asked me you should visit Milton dealer instead. I replied that I would like to visit only one dealer so that track record of work can be done. Kilometers on car (32900 km.) Also contacted FCA Canada. Dodge Company Customer Assistance 1800 361 3700 file number 62497340 file number 27319404 Crystina @1330 on 5th June 2015. file number 27629638 Megan on 18th August 2015. She told me someone would contact me within 24 hrs but as of yet I have not gotten a response from anyone. Also I asked them if they could provide me with a rental vehicle they said they would get back to me ASAP but no response yet. I informed them that this is a reoccurring problem and you guys playing with safety of myself and family as well with my senior parents. Also, informed them that it is so much of a pain and hazel to go back and forth for same problem when I have bought the car last year 2014 with full warranty. I would like to inform the main authorities as well, ( Transport Canada, Ministry of Transportation - MTO ) as other customers of Dodge maybe also having the same problem as this is a big safety concern. Tremendous sales and follow-up experience I went to Parkway to see a used BMW they had on offer - and chose to buy from them rather than a BMW dealer because of their pricing, good reputation I went to Parkway to see a used BMW they had on offer - and chose to buy from them rather than a BMW dealer because of their pricing, good reputation and competence. I was right to do so. Sales representative Kevin Brisson knows his product and is a good, decent honest person. When I detected a minor problem (crack in the washer fluid tank) several days after purchase, Kevin and Dave Farley (in Service) immediately went after it. There was no discussion as to whether they were obliged to do so in terms of the sale agreement: they just fixed it because they said it was 'the right thing to do.'When buying a used vehicle, it's particularly important to be able to trust the dealer - and based on my experience, you can do that with full confidence in people like Kevin, Dave and the whole Parkway team. More

There warranty is crap! It covers pieces of each area. Which is basically nothing. Better off to take public transit and spare yourself the headache!!!! More
THE ATMOSPHERE/ENERGY IN THERE IS AMAZING! today we went into Parkway Chrysler to look for a jeep Cherokee. Instantly we were greeted by a gentleman named Hubert. Within a minute and a half we today we went into Parkway Chrysler to look for a jeep Cherokee. Instantly we were greeted by a gentleman named Hubert. Within a minute and a half we were also greeted by a gentleman with a ton of energy named Marco he is the sales manager followed by a lady who was such a joy to be around named Debbie who is the general manager. Marco and Debbie did not try to sell us a vehicle but rather make sure that we were comfortable. This was the first dealership of seven that we were greeted by a sales manager and also a general manager. At all The other locations the managers and general managers were nowhere to be found. As we were proceeding to find out some figures and monthly payments after the test drive we were in the show room where we even saw the sales manager Marco running around to visit all the other customers in the showroom full of energy and laughter and smiles this man make sure everybody was attended to. The atmosphere and energy inside this dealership was so much fun that songs were coming on the radio and everybody from sales managers to general manager to the sales staff were dancing along singing and having fun enjoying themselves at work which also made our process a lot more fun and enjoyable. I wanted to pull up myself phone and take a video just to prove how much fun it was to be inside that dealership. If I can recommend anybody to make a stop and go see the people at Parkway Chrysler I am telling you their customer service will bar none be the best that you ever come across inside the dealership. When talking with us they kept referring to us as their guests not customers or clients like the other dealerships that and that's exactly what we felt like guests in their home and it made us feel extremely comfortable during this entire process. I want to think Hubert, Debbie and that ball of energy Marco for such a great purchasing experience . Everyone go give them a shot! We heard they were under new management and when we got there we were completely blown away thinking wherever this owner grabbed these three people from, he found himself a winning team . More
