I needed a new car on the Sunday as my 15 year old vehicle "died" on the Saturday night. By Monday at 6:00 p.m. I was driving out of the dealership in my new car - complete with the features I requested. Andie made this fast transaction happen for me! She was very knowledgeable about Jeep products, responsive to all my questions, provided solid recommendations and more importantly, was a pleasure to work with. And even after I drove off the lot, she followed up with me to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Andie to anyone entering into a new vehicle purchase! More

Amazing Experience I was very impressed & pleased with Office Manager Monika. She allowed my brother and I at approximately 8:40 am to stay and view vehicles in the sho I was very impressed & pleased with Office Manager Monika. She allowed my brother and I at approximately 8:40 am to stay and view vehicles in the showroom & the lot prior to the dealership opening up. She was very courteous & welcoming offering us refreshments. As soon as as a sales rep arrived which was before 9 am, she sent her (Andy) to assist us. Andy was super awesome, very friendly, courteous, accommodating, knowledgeable and very honest with her advice. I was very impressed by her customer service as well as Umer who did the delivery of the vehicle in her absence. There were detailing issues with the vehicle and he went to Service and acquired the necessary supplies to make it right. I must thank Muhammad & Debbie for going the extra mile as well as Brayley for taking us on the test drive and imparting a wealth of information while test driving the vehicle. Overall it was an amazing experience. More

Parkway Chrysler - CUSTOMER DISS-SERVICE FIRST MISTAKE - had a brake job done on our 2012 Grand Caravan in June 2016 (41,000km approximately) at Parkway Chrysler and never wanted to go back. FIRST MISTAKE - had a brake job done on our 2012 Grand Caravan in June 2016 (41,000km approximately) at Parkway Chrysler and never wanted to go back. The service guy was the worst as when I asked to see the old brake rotors they replaced, I was told to go check out back in the dumpster! He then told me that their service technicians get paid by the "job", my job was done, and that they would not retrieve the old discs. Almost $1,200 spent there and not satisfied that my 4 rotors truly needed changing, left me wondering about their honesty. As I had not initially asked them to save the rotors for me to see, I bit my tongue, swore I would never go back, and left it at that. Today at another Dodge Chrysler dealership (50,000km approximately), I was told that my rear pads were down to 1mm and when checking the invoice from Parkway, it seems they did not replace the rear pads although they replaced the rear rotors and serviced the callipers. This was never disclosed by the Parkway "dumpster dive" service guy. I clarified to Parkway that I am happy to pay for the pads, but not the labour as it should have been done at the same time. The service manager was less than helpful, defended their prior incomplete job, and in the end told me to get an appointment if I wanted the work done and pay full rate. We gave them a second chance, and the way they handled the situation confirmed that that was my SECOND and LAST MISTAKE. This is the customer service I received and will never spend a cent at Parkway nor have any friends and/or family do so either. If this is their customer facing service and quality of staff they hire, I suggest the whole dealership be avoided like the plague. More
