The salesman opened the door for me and said " if there was anything I needed help with all the sales staff are very knowledgable and would be glad to help". This put me at ease right away. I knew I was there to see Andie and found her without any trouble. While there Andie showed me many vehicles with many options. She seemed to know a lot about the vehicles. The fact that Andie knew the vehicles so well made my choice even harder. I decided to wait for a bit and mull things over. When I am ready to buy it will be Andie at Go that I give my business too. To be honest I was against my boyfriend making such a big purchase at a relatively young age, and me stress was clearly displayed by my facial expressions. Haseeb went out of his way to try and make me as comfortable with the decision as possible, offering water, hot chocolate, and anything I needed to help me relax. While my boyfriend was talking with a finance manager I waited by the entrance by myself. I must have looked extremely stressed as the next thing I heard was "Vanessa, come over here". Haseeb really showed that he cared about how much stress this was putting me through and genuinely tried to help me think rationally and plan everything out. We went to a few other dealerships that day but ultimately I told my boyfriend "You know what, lets go back to Haseeb". I never felt as if he was only talking to us to make a sale. We ended up buying the truck at this location and couldn't be happier with his customer service. To me. Haseeb IS Mississauga Chrysler.
